Stopped this morning for coffee and donuts holes with my mother. Was given the wrong order and was told to keep them. Just tried to eat one of the donuts and as soon as I bit it flies flew out of it!!! I will not be going to this location anymore!!!

What a horrendous experience. I ordered online for pick up. When I arrived but a single person even acknowledged my existence. I wait for my order while the employees play on their phones. One of my items is never brought up so I ask. And here they don't even have it available. They maybe could've told me while I was waiting for ten minutes. Nobody cares. Dunkin proves again and again that they're the worst place to get coffee (or donuts).

Truly the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had trying to place an order… walked in & it looked like they weren’t even open. One singular donut sitting on the counter for anyone to touch, that was the only baked good available apparently.. it’s a Dunkin Donuts, and you have one donut to sell? No greeting from an employee, no one there to take an order. It almost felt like it was a nuisance to even have a customer in there. Really disappointing location that I certainly will never return to.

Went in this morning to order a box of 25 munchkins and 2 blueberry muffins. I waited 20 minutes and still no order. I saw other people come in and order after me, and received their order. I finally went up and asked to talk to the manager. She asked if anyone had my order and it was buried under other orders that came in after me. Clerk proceeds to fill my order and got the munchkins all wrong. I said cancel the order. Won't be going back to this store.

Don't bother being a walk-in. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. They require names with your order, but they don't shout out your name when your order is ready. Also, the labels aren't turned facing the customers, so customers have to touch drinks/bags to find their order!
