Went in this morning to order a box of 25 munchkins and 2 blueberry muffins. I waited 20 minutes and still no order. I saw other people come in and order after me, and received their order. I finally went up and asked to talk to the manager. She asked if anyone had my order and it was buried under other orders that came in after me. Clerk proceeds to fill my order and got the munchkins all wrong. I said cancel the order. Won't be going back to this store.

Don't bother being a walk-in. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. They require names with your order, but they don't shout out your name when your order is ready. Also, the labels aren't turned facing the customers, so customers have to touch drinks/bags to find their order!

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet…it’s poorly run by teens with horrible attitudes. Please avoid and get your coffee somewhere else
Never have any donuts available after 12. How about changing the app so it shows when things are not available. Tired of ordering stuff only to get there and they want me to replace it with something else instead of refunding.

I've gone here a handful of times and the staff are friendly! However twice In the Drive-Thru I have been asked to pull around and park when I was the only one there. I understand if the line is long and if I had a complicated order, but if I'm the only customer, I'm not sure why I would need to do that. Additionally, they have limited parking out front. Also, for the last week maybe longer they have been completely out of oat milk. I'm not sure what management is doing or why they are running out of stuff, considering a few weeks ago they were also out of all bagels, but they really should work on that.

Have stopped at this Dunkin at least 4 times this year. Never again! Stood & waited 10 minutes. No one wants to deal with Customers. Just want you to use Kiask. My Peppermint signature latte was wrong size & was all Peppermint Milk! One young girl working. Manager in back. Everyone worried about Drive thru. Not many choices of Donuts. Never again!
