I don’t know how it’s actually possible but literally every time I go here I’m given either the wrong order or they give me something that just taste rancid and they act like it would be a big inconvenience to fix it even when there not busy.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet…it’s poorly run by teens with horrible attitudes. Please avoid and get your coffee somewhere else

Never have any donuts available after 12. How about changing the app so it shows when things are not available. Tired of ordering stuff only to get there and they want me to replace it with something else instead of refunding.

I've gone here a handful of times and the staff are friendly! However twice In the Drive-Thru I have been asked to pull around and park when I was the only one there. I understand if the line is long and if I had a complicated order, but if I'm the only customer, I'm not sure why I would need to do that. Additionally, they have limited parking out front. Also, for the last week maybe longer they have been completely out of oat milk. I'm not sure what management is doing or why they are running out of stuff, considering a few weeks ago they were also out of all bagels, but they really should work on that.

Have stopped at this Dunkin at least 4 times this year. Never again! Stood & waited 10 minutes. No one wants to deal with Customers. Just want you to use Kiask. My Peppermint signature latte was wrong size & was all Peppermint Milk! One young girl working. Manager in back. Everyone worried about Drive thru. Not many choices of Donuts. Never again!

Dunkin used to be so efficient. There were 3 cars in front of me and I waited for 20 minutes. When I got to the window they had no idea what my mobil order was. My chai was made, but they had no idea that I also ordered an apple fritter. I could have told them a dozen fritters and they wouldn't know the difference. They gave me the fritter in a bag, but it wasn't in paper & no napkins. The last 5 or 6 times I've gone to Dunkin I've had issues. I would change to Starbucks in a heartbeat if I liked their chai.

I'm not one to comment anywhere, but I'm very sick, I can't drink my coffee that's too sweet. This was my favorite coffee for years since it became known. Employees don't do it as you order, they have to pay more attention and then you tell them that it's wrong and they They are murmuring among themselves, I think the lady in charge is the most disgusting...the morning yesterday is kind, I always have to ask them to change it for me to avoid this anger. I better not buy more

Wednesday july 31 around 5-6pm i was attended by a short girl looks like shes in ger 20's i ordered and so did my girlfriend. We ate our mini bagel and hashbrowns ok but then she had my drink wrong when i said kiwi watermelon with green tea and gave me mango instead and when i started to eat my sossage egg and chez i noticed the way my sandwich was looking . When i opened it i saw a half egg and half patty . I went up to her again to tell her what happened she said ( it comes that way ) apparently it does not . I seen the works all egg and patties and etc are separated and in their individual sorting areas to prep for a meal . So since she gave me additude i let it be because i wasn't gonna argue with her . When i got home my girlfriend decided to check her sandwich and what a suprise ghe half that was missing in mines was in her sandwich and also was charged full price for my order . She should not be working there or everyone needs to be replaced . Its not that difdicult to prepare a meal and give what the customer asks and desires . I will not be going to that dunkin donuts anymore for her actions and i see others are also having the same issue with the workers there . Something needs to be replaced for me or done for me i do not accept it at all its childish and unprofessional .

Literally the GOAT. Ordered in the morning, had an emergency so I wasn't able to pickup my order on time. I called in and they said they'd remake my order for me when I showed up. 11/10
