We picked up takeout and discovered that the chicken was undercooked and visibly pink once we began eating. A friend who ordered the same dish had the same issue. My husband called the restaurant to have the order corrected. While the food was remade, the server expected my husband to personally check the chicken, which he declined, as he did not want to handle our food. I am almost four months pregnant, and it is unacceptable to be served undercooked chicken or be asked to verify food safety ourselves. Customers should be able to trust that their food is properly cooked before it is served.

Stopped here last week when I was in the area and glad I found this little gem . As usual I sit at the bar and ordered a beer. Place was pretty busy for a Thursday night. I ordered the burnt end Mac and cheese with a Cesar salad. The salad was nothing to brag about, the star was the Mac n cheese as soon as it came out the smell was awesome. I do feel the portion could be a little bigger but the toast was outstanding. This is a laid back local bar with some delicious food.

Great food, great service. The burnt ends appetizer was delicious. My wife loved the Salmon and I had the Fish and Chips which was excellent and plentiful. Next time we are in town we will visit again.

We had the good fortune of having a fabulous, casual dinner at Gin Mill. Our food was absolutely fantastic! But...the service was even better than the food. Our server, Megan was as good as it gets!!! Megan was very attentive, personable and informative. She made a great experience even better! I highly recommend the burnt ends, mac and cheese bowl. It was outstanding! Do yourself a favor, and make sure you grab some great grub, at Gin Mill!!!! I also recommend asking for Megan!!!

This was one of the worst restaurants I've been to people were friendly but the food was horrible I got the Alfredo with chicken and broccoli took two bites and sent it back and wouldn't get anything else the Alfredo sauce was so thin it was water dripping everywhere and tasteless when handed back because I couldn't eat it and server ask why and when I explained she said oh well it always looks like that and walked away even and charged me full price for a meal I didn't eat I definitely will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone
