The kitchen staff does not follow instructions properly. My waitress had to go back and remake our sandwiches. They also had little Cesar's drop-off food for the staff. Not a very good day.

I loved Isaacs years ago when I worked in Harrisburg. Tonight we went in and the service just gets worse and they aren't very busy. We waited 15 minutes and no one stopped to ask us if we wanted drinks. One girl seemed to come up as we got up to leave but said nothing until we got to the front and we told the girl who seated us that we waited 15 minutes and no one waited on us so we were leaving and than that girl who walked behind us said it wasn't that long in a very rude tone. I yelled back at her to not say that. Never going back. It was a joke and the two girls working were in no rush to wait on you

I had a fantastic experience at Isaac's Craft Kitchen & Brewery in Lebanon! The seafood chowder was rich, flavorful, and the perfect start to my meal. The Parrot Sandwich was equally delicious—fresh ingredients and great taste all around. A special shoutout to Nicole, our server, who was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service makes all the difference, and she truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, Isaac’s Craft Kitchen & Brewery is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! -

Very Expensive for the size portions, we got when we brought our food to go.

I had a burger along with a beer. The burger was bland and barely warm. It looked like a frozen patty that was boiled. I also had the stout beer which I liked. The server was ok but not super engaged. When I first came in he didn't even acknowledge me for 5 min. I won't be back. There are better places than this one in the area.

I have Celiac disease & always enjoyed the gluten free flat bread. I was so disappointed at the replacement. No taste & unless the original flatbread is brought back you have lost a customer. Cheaper isn’t always the way to go .

We stopped in for lunch. Husband got the vegetable soup with a parrot sandwich. I got a small side salad and loaded Buffalo chicken fries. We also tried the pineapple tea. One thing was that my husband ordered a soda, and they gave him a warm bottle of soda with a cup of ice. So you are charged by the bottle of soda.

I've been to a lot of these, but this one is the best, in my opinion. It's clean, the food is very fresh, the staff are nice and efficient. The parking lot is tricky.

Vegetarian options: The Bird of Paradise is great! I'm not vegetarian, but I love this sandwich. It's not vegan, though it has cheese, and I'm not sure on bread.

Parking: In front of store.

My wife and I stopped by to try it out and we were satisfied. Good food, friendly staff with quick service. I got chicken tenders and onion rings, and my wife got a wrap with onion rings. In my picture you will see french fries, they would not allow me to substitute for an upcharge to get the onion rings not sure why this is not allowed as most places I have been to have no problem doing this kind of thing. That would be my only gripe about my experience here. While the food was good, I don't think Id return as the extra price for something that should be an upcharge in my opinion only forces you to spend more on an already high priced meal.

not really quite sure why this place only has 4.1 stars! i live in jersey (my view of food is always bias when traveling because we literally have the best food haha) but isaacs never disappoints! i was in town with my family for a concert and we went to isaacs because we’ve always loved it and come here whenever we travel to PA. the food was just as good as we remember, portions are normal and all the food is delish!! my dad and i split a brownie fudge dessert something and it was SO good!!!! totally recommend. everyone was friendly, service was fast, didn’t feel rush and everything was very fresh :)

The waitress was awesome, very attentive and offered free beer samples. We had 2 flights and the beer tasted really good. The sandwiches were good; especially the hummingbird.

I ordered a specialty hamburger to find out that this restaurant precooks their hamburgers off site which means they are not freshly made! They also use shredded head lettuce instead of healthier leaf lettuce or don't give a choice to the customer.
The server never checked to see how mt food was. I will probably not go there again. It's just another disappointing restaurant in Lebanon PA!

Very expensive for the tiny portions. Ordered take out and they charged us for items that weren't in the bag. Cheese Curds cost $8.75 for less than a handful. They need to get it together at this restaurant!
