Ok just stopped in got a cold sub and a warm sub. I got the warm sub before I got the cold one. Brought it home and there were cold spots while eating what was supposed to be warm chicken bacon ranch sub. Almost threw up... is that raw chicken I just ingested?

I'm just disgusted this time around with my subs. One sub never made it and my bag was sealed to the tee. Manager says oh I made the order myself if that's the case you missed one of five subs. The buffalo chicken was the sloppiest I have ever had and disgusting.
First off let me say I love Jersey Mike’s.I was so disappointed with this location because 2 of the subs we received. The 1st one we checked in the car before we left because my son is very picky and only gets bread and the meat, nothing else. I always put this in the special instructions as well as customizing the sandwich. It had mayo on it, no problem. I took it in and they apologized and made me a new sub right away. No big deal, well, when we got home I opened my sandwich which was a mini sub club and I had asked for extra mayo. They drowned the sandwich in mayo. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it and threw it away.

I’m a very picky eater while my husband eats everything and they never make me feel bad with the requests, Lorelei is such an amazing person, she remembers what we like and always have a great and beautiful smile on her face since day 1. 100% recommend eating here. it’s worth

Let me start by saying the Atmosphere was super clean. The service was amazing. There was a lady by the name Lilyann (I'm not sure I'm spelling it right) But this lady was OUTSTANDING. It was her beautiful personality for me. She made me feel comfortable and she made my husband and I very pleased with how well she made our sandwiches. This location is much friendlier than the location on Quentin road. Thank you for your pleasantries! May you guys continue to prosper and do great! God bless ?
