I ordered original and got crispy. Cold and hard biscuits. Asked for dark meat . Got white meat. Hope to never be here again. Had to sit at the drive in for more than 30 minutes. We're they killing chickens by the order. Omg. Never again

Everytime I go there you have to wait forever and they still mess your order up and then good luck trying to call the place because the phone is constantly busy this place is a bad joke dont waste your time or money

Be careful paying with card here, theyll keep your card for over 5 minutes charge it. And continue to keep charging it even when you show you already paid once.

I ordered 5 pc but although it was on the board they said they don’t have. I asked for so many original and rest extra crispy. Was given all extra crispy. Took back for what I asked for. They use to have soda machine for the customers to take care of, now behind counter
I had an issue where I got some dried cdickhead. It took me forever to get a manager on the phone to fix it. I called 2 days in a row. And kept getting told to call back that the manager was in later or at another time when I did finally get a manager. He first implied that I was lying. By saying there's no way the chicken was cold.It did finally get fixed when I went in and he did replace the whole thing.Which is the only reason I'm giving a 4 but it still seems like it took a lot longer than it should have.I had great experiences here in the past.Not sure.What the issue is lately

I came to your shop tonight (after the Army Navy game) I noticed the server behind the counter had a sever attitude. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken extra crispy. She gave me 5 pieces (3 breast, 1 wing and one leg) I ordered 4 wings, 1 breast and one thigh, I was charged $24.89. She needs to be working in the back,not with customers. I will not be back.

Fast service, usually order 10 mins ahead and my order is ready when I get there. Food has a great taste and is hot. Would rate 5 but they seem to forget my sauce everytime.
I'm very disappointed that I spent over $40.00 for food that was not edible. Tried to go inside and had an employee point towards the drive thru. Go through the drive thru and place my order. As I paid I heard the employees talking on Spanish to make sure no one comes in. Received my food and went home. When I went to eat the chicken the batter was raw then you cut the chicken open and it was raw every single piece I bought 5. The mash potatoes were cold and tasted horrible 😩 the corn was dry. Never again will I buy food there.
