I ordered 5 pc but although it was on the board they said they don’t have. I asked for so many original and rest extra crispy. Was given all extra crispy. Took back for what I asked for. They use to have soda machine for the customers to take care of, now behind counter
I had an issue where I got some dried cdickhead. It took me forever to get a manager on the phone to fix it. I called 2 days in a row. And kept getting told to call back that the manager was in later or at another time when I did finally get a manager. He first implied that I was lying. By saying there's no way the chicken was cold.It did finally get fixed when I went in and he did replace the whole thing.Which is the only reason I'm giving a 4 but it still seems like it took a lot longer than it should have.I had great experiences here in the past.Not sure.What the issue is lately

I came to your shop tonight (after the Army Navy game) I noticed the server behind the counter had a sever attitude. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken extra crispy. She gave me 5 pieces (3 breast, 1 wing and one leg) I ordered 4 wings, 1 breast and one thigh, I was charged $24.89. She needs to be working in the back,not with customers. I will not be back.

Fast service, usually order 10 mins ahead and my order is ready when I get there. Food has a great taste and is hot. Would rate 5 but they seem to forget my sauce everytime.
I ordered kfc through Uber eats 3-4 times in the last year, and have gone there in person once, and not once have they gotten the order right. It is usually cold, soggy, or missing half the food that was ordered. Today my sister ordered a big load of food that was worth 130 dollars and we only got half of it. We were fed up so we called this store and spoke to a manager. It took almost 5 minutes to get one on the phone after we asked to speak to someone in charge. And when the woman manager answered she did not give a name and she was very snippy and rude. We explained the issue and told her how many times that we have had the same problem, and she pretty much snapped at us for our name, and after 2 minutes on the phone she said "ok I'll tell my gm" and she hung up on me while I was mid sentence. I am aware of how I sound like a Karen, but I was not even being rude, I was just telling her the problem and that we were kinda upset about it. I didn't curse, yell, name call, or speak in an unkind manner, but was stern. I will not be going back here or ordering from them again. Too many chances were given and they failed each time.

Phil was PHENOMENAL at the counter as usual! I had a take-out of chicken tenders and mashed potatoes; the food was MOSTLY good but the tenders seemed a little undercooked in some places -- be careful of that. Ordering my food would have been easier and more pleasant if one of the other employees hadn't been shouting to the whole world how unhappy he was with his schedule; that was a tad annoying. However, the overall experience was mostly good despite some imperfections and I do plan to return!
