KFC is my favorite food. I get it 2x a yr. This past week, was the BEST EVER (service ESP.) Ive ever had at any KFC.👍 The manager was THE BEST!❤️👍 She went the XTRA mile for me ; CHEERFUL, She knew her stuff ! smart, quick, efficient. THAT'S RARE NOWADAYS, ya know?! not to mention the chicken was TOPS TOO. I wish I remembered her name.

I had an issue where I got some dried cdickhead. It took me forever to get a manager on the phone to fix it. I called 2 days in a row. And kept getting told to call back that the manager was in later or at another time when I did finally get a manager. He first implied that I was lying. By saying there's no way the chicken was cold.It did finally get fixed when I went in and he did replace the whole thing.Which is the only reason I'm giving a 4 but it still seems like...

Phil was PHENOMENAL at the counter as usual! I had a take-out of chicken tenders and mashed potatoes; the food was MOSTLY good but the tenders seemed a little undercooked in some places -- be careful of that. Ordering my food would have been easier and more pleasant if one of the other employees hadn't been shouting to the whole world how unhappy he was with his schedule; that was a tad annoying. However, the overall experience was mostly good despite some imperfections...
