The pork was delicious and Chef Kevin was a delight (and he even offered to help with our BBQ/party set up) John was so quick to respond to all questions. He was a pleasure to deal with. They arrived at the party at the exact time they said they would. They were great with all of the guests, explaining the different cuts etc; They offered serving suggestions and tips on storing and reheating any leftovers. I can't recommend them enough. My younger son already requested we bring them back for his graduation.
