We needed a pig for our Lua, our original plan fell through. I found Martin's online and gave them a call. It was crunch time and I was desperate. I spoke with John and he had me place my order with assurance that they would deliver. Everyting went smoothly from that point. We kept in contact throughout the process and I was able to choose the rub for the roast from there many rub choices, as well as a choice of their signature bbq sauce. When the day of the Lua came my pig was delivered whole and on time. After we took photos of the display the crew then went about prepping our pig for serving. It was delicious and all of our guest truly enjoyed the main course. Thanks to Martin's for helping my wifes vision for her Lua to come true. Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend them for a pig roast. Definitely a 5 star company.

I highly recommend Martin’s Roast a Pig – the food was excellent! We opted to have the pig cooked off-site and delivered whole for a golf tournament with 110 golfers. The food arrived on time and they were ready to serve almost immediately. John served the pig and added to the experience as he knows his pork and the types of meat that come from a pig. Our sides were mac n’ cheese – came hot and very cheesy, cole slaw and baked beans – all were very tasty. John’s communication was very good and they really care about the quality of what they are serving and providing good customer service. We ordered their standard BarBQ sauce which was excellent, next year we will order other kinds of sauces as people wanted some variety (hot, vinegar, mustard, etc.).Thank you John and Miriam for providing a great experience.

Great experience. Everything was provided for us to roast our own pig. All we had to do was pick it up when ready and return the roaster when finished. Would definitely recommend and we are planning to do it again
