McDonald’s: The Downfall of a "Fast" Food Experience
The process of ordering at McDonald's has unfortunately become a frustrating ordeal. What was once a hallmark of fast, efficient service has devolved into an unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming experience.
With the introduction of multiple ordering methods—kiosks, mobile apps, drive-thru, and in-person—you’d think efficiency would improve. Instead, it has had the opposite effect. If someone orders on the app before you, your in-person order is deprioritized, leaving you standing around while other orders are prepared. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a meal at a fast-food restaurant is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of McDonald's original promise of quick service.
This chaotic system not only inconveniences the customer but also highlights inefficiencies within McDonald’s operations. The once-simple process has become a source of frustration for loyal customers and a potential pitfall for the company. It’s clear this needs to be addressed, or McDonald’s risks losing the trust and patience of its patrons.
Fast food should be just that—fast. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.

Good place to get a quick bite to eat. The location is a bit unfortunate. You cannot turn into here heading north on 72. You must turn early at the light between Lowe’s and Target. So heading south it’s perfect for a quick stop. The speed of service is a little slower than other McDonald’s though I’m sure that depends on the workers and time of service. Food is great.
Parking: Can get tight with parking especially when the drive thru gets a line blocking the west entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the kids meals. No play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in with wheel chair.

Great food great customer service. Only complaint is the lack of decoration. The food can cost under 10$ if you play your cards right. The cashiers are always welcoming no matter the day.
Slowest service I have ever had. Went to window to pay did not tell me amount of order, didn't say thank you , or even say you may move ahead to next window and have a nice day. Were more worried about the mobile app.

Before its renovation it was one of the best restaurants in the area. But unfortunately after fixing it everything changed. The food has become very poor quality and some of the workers' behavior is also bad.
