I purchased my meal online today. They were all out of the soup I ordered and my salad was missing the chicken and parts of the lettuce were slimy. I couldn't eat it. Very poor quality for the price you pay. Do better Panera!
I am adding to my first review. Thought I'd try Panera in Lebanon and again I was very disappointed. I waited in the drive thru line 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break. I placed my order online and again my salad was missing the chicken. I will not be returning, your prices are too high for the half portion of salad to be missing the chicken. Then when I called to file a complaint, no one answered.

I ordered a chicken baker rancher sandwich... and im sorry but this is pathetic. There was like 3 slices of chicken, a little bit a bacon and the bread! Also their stawberry smoothie tastes just like danimals yogurt. The service was great but the food not so great.

I ordered off the Panera app last night and the delivery driver never showed up to Panera to deliver my order, and the store closed. I called the customer support and the General manager, Genie, was so helpful!!! Because the driver never showed up Genie offered to go above and beyond and deliver my food since it was already made. The driver did end up showing up but Genie showed amazing customer service, and was ready to go above and beyond!!

Ordered 2 Sandwiches, and the lettuce on Both looked like cooked spinach, I normally don’t post about stuff like this but this was really old lettuce, wilted, and very mushy. Please do a better job inspecting food before serving it.

Zero stars this place is horrible, paid 40$ for two people to eat, first there were flies flying around me and landing on my food, it was dirty, the tables were dirty, we get our food immediately my girlfriend notices there’s a hair in her sandwich i say something they remake it and AGAIN only after eating her Mac and cheese does she realize their is also hair in the Mac and cheese. Absolutely horrible experience don’t eat here

I frequent Panera in Williamsport and was expecting the same in Lebanon. I told my husband how much he was going to like their sandwiches. We were disappointed. There was hardly anything in the sandwich (tuna) but the bread was good. So we really ate bread not a sandwich.
