The service is fine, got the food in a decent time, but TWELVE DOLLARS for this sandwich??? Its a piece of bacon and two pieces of chicken that don't even fill up the entire area of the bread. And what was there was about the most basic flavor you could expect.

Awful service. Have ordered numerous times and every single time the order is wrong. Forgotten items, wrong items, etc. I understand that mistakes happen, but not every time I order. (Usually 2 to 3 times a month) They even have a checklist on the bag. Today's order was missing 3 out of the 4 items on the list. I get delivery to my job so I can't just drive back to them. Will NOT be ordering again.

I love Panera’s cinnamon crunch bagels. The reason I only gave them 3stars is because they are running out of them by 1pm. We stopped in 4times to get bagels and they were out. We even called and put an order in and they still didnt have them when we got there!

2 days in a row ordering a soup for my sick kid and have had multiple issue.1) we’re out of bread? Aside from the fact that the name on the door is Panera BREAD - they were NOT out of bread. They had plenty of freshly baked bread but said “we hit the daily quota and this bread is for tomorrow”. Seriously? ?2) two days in a row gave me wrong soup. Apparently when they’re out of chicken and wild rice they just sub with chicken noodle without asking if it’s ok..Sad.. first chipotle next door crapped the bed, now the Panera too. Guess people can’t expect good service in Lebanon, PA

I’m not usually one to complain but the last two times I’ve been to this location they got the order wrong I literally ordered a broccoli Mac and cheese with chips. No one else was in line behind me and I received broccoli cheddar soup and bread. I get sometimes orders get messed up but I ordered one item with a side and got neither of which I ordered.

Highly recommend the Kitchen Sink Cookie and sitting by the fire place. Wonderful young man who came by our table to ask how we were doing and showed us his tattoo, phillipians 4:13.

Fair experience, Atmosphere is nice. my wife liked the cup of Autumn squash soup and half sandwich. I thought the Bowl of cheddar broccoli soup was the same size as my wife's cup, but in a large bowl. I also didn't appreciate getting lukewarm soup. I did like the half Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich, withoven-roasted turkey breast, bacon, I sub for cheddar, on black pepper Focaccia with.mayo.

I hit here daily to enjoy my sips club benefits. I’m always greeted warmly and what I need is almost always available. If not someone quickly grabs it. One of my favorite spots to work and hang.
