Only have a ONE star because there is no option for zero stars! This is not a friendly place at all when it comes to the manager (older man) and the older woman at the counter. They had a young man waiting from 3:45 until 5:30 for a job interview they O LY acknowledged him AFTER I asked him why he was waiting so long (I k ew this because I was picking up my third delivery and he was still standing there waiting. The lady heard me and looked at the manager and he said nope not gonna have time tonight, mind you AFTER he waited an hour for a job interview, she looks at him and says come back another day he asks what time she looks at him says idk just another day and we are only hiring managers he said that’s okay she said well come back some other day !!! Was I mad NO I was and am LIVID…..if this is how you treat people wanting work ugh ….

I go to this Pizza Hut regularly when I want pizza. The pizza today (5/13/2025) was fantastic and very well made, I got a medium pizza for my mom to for Mother’s Day and that one was amazing looking. The boneless wings were great as well, right amount of spice.
I would recommend eating here.

Paid Extra for Original Pan Pizza & we didn't receive it. Im so disappointed. When I called, they sent me to customer service, who then said they couldn't help me. There are 2 different pizzas in the box, but both are supposed to be original pan, and they are thin, maybe hand tossed. Where's my extra charge for the Original Pan?

My pizza was delivered by a driver that was not a Pizza Hut employee, and there was a language barrier, and he could offer me no solutions for not getting my 2 liter bottle of soda that I ordered. When I attempted to call the store, I was answered by a call center in India. And when I said I wanted to talk to the store, I was transferred to another person in India 4 times before someone told me they were unable to transfer me because the store's phone lines were closed or something along those lines. And I was given the corporate 1800 number, but that line told me to fill out a form on your website to deal with my issues.
How unimportant are your customers that we cannot even try to get a solution to something as simple as missing a 2 liter bottle of soda?
I may never order from Pizza Hut again after this, and I will tell this story to every person I talk to when we talk about pizza or restaurants.
This is totally unacceptable, and an insult to your customers.

Placed my order online totaling $70 with tip included in that price. An hour went by and I still hadn’t received my food, I called into the restaurant and was told that my order had already left location and I should be receiving it soon, 15 more minutes passed, I live 5 minutes from restaurant. Finally after a total of 1.5 hours after the time I placed the order I received it to open the box to EXTREMELY COLD food. I tried to call back but kept getting connected to the call center. Needless to say I DONE with this place and the horrible service they provide

We will start with the positive. The food is amazing. The pizza was fresh and done splendidly and the honey barbeque wings latched on the fantastic. However when you get into the con's their website is slow. And I mean insanely slow. Its very frustrating. Second the pizza is never ready till almost half an hour after they say it will be done. ( The guests had to wait.) And oh yes, no stuffed crust that we ordered. Payed 3 bucks extra per pizza and didn't get it. Never saw a refund yet either.
