I originally left a review after a very concerning experience at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order, one employee was outside smoking. She immediately walked inside and began preparing pizzas without washing her hands or wearing gloves, visibly sweaty from being outside.
At the same time, another employee was using her cellphone while handling cheese and dough, which is extremely unsanitary for anyone working with food.
When I raised the issue, I was told there was no manager available and that they could not issue a refund. I left extremely disappointed and concerned about the food safety practices at this store.
Pizza Hut corporate later responded saying that this is not how their restaurants are supposed to operate, but unfortunately no one ever contacted me and I was never refunded.
The most troubling part is that nothing appears to have changed at this location. Food safety should be taken seriously, and customers should not have to worry about whether basic hygiene standards are being followed when ordering a pizza.
I hope Pizza Hut corporate actually addresses this situation and ensures proper training and supervision at this store.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I saw an employee smoking outside. Minutes later, she walked straight into the kitchen without washing her hands and started touching the dough and cheese with her bare hands — on my pizza. She and the others were laughing, touching their faces, noses, and phones, and then touching the food. I even started recording because it was so unsanitary. When they noticed, they just laughed and closed the kitchen door.
The cashier had a bad attitude, loudly talking about how ready she was to go home, and when I asked for a refund, she said she’d find a manager — then claimed the manager wasn’t there and told me to come back tomorrow. I reached out online for help, but no one ever got back to me, and I lost my money.
After reading other reviews about uncooked food at this location, I can’t believe this is being allowed to continue. Why would I trust people who handle food this way to make something safe for me to eat? This place is completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

Good food, the person answering the phone should go take a nap then come back again, and hopefully sound more cheerful

Only have a ONE star because there is no option for zero stars! This is not a friendly place at all when it comes to the manager (older man) and the older woman at the counter. They had a young man waiting from 3:45 until 5:30 for a job interview they O LY acknowledged him AFTER I asked him why he was waiting so long (I k ew this because I was picking up my third delivery and he was still standing there waiting. The lady heard me and looked at the manager and he said nope not gonna have time tonight, mind you AFTER he waited an hour for a job interview, she looks at him and says come back another day he asks what time she looks at him says idk just another day and we are only hiring managers he said that’s okay she said well come back some other day !!! Was I mad NO I was and am LIVID…..if this is how you treat people wanting work ugh ….

I go to this Pizza Hut regularly when I want pizza. The pizza today (5/13/2025) was fantastic and very well made, I got a medium pizza for my mom to for Mother’s Day and that one was amazing looking. The boneless wings were great as well, right amount of spice.
