Paid Extra for Original Pan Pizza & we didn't receive it. Im so disappointed. When I called, they sent me to customer service, who then said they couldn't help me. There are 2 different pizzas in the box, but both are supposed to be original pan, and they are thin, maybe hand tossed. Where's my extra charge for the Original Pan?

My pizza was delivered by a driver that was not a Pizza Hut employee, and there was a language barrier, and he could offer me no solutions for not getting my 2 liter bottle of soda that I ordered. When I attempted to call the store, I was answered by a call center in India. And when I said I wanted to talk to the store, I was transferred to another person in India 4 times before someone told me they were unable to transfer me because the store's phone lines were closed or something along those lines. And I was given the corporate 1800 number, but that line told me to fill out a form on your website to deal with my issues.
How unimportant are your customers that we cannot even try to get a solution to something as simple as missing a 2 liter bottle of soda?
I may never order from Pizza Hut again after this, and I will tell this story to every person I talk to when we talk about pizza or restaurants.
This is totally unacceptable, and an insult to your customers.

Placed my order online totaling $70 with tip included in that price. An hour went by and I still hadn’t received my food, I called into the restaurant and was told that my order had already left location and I should be receiving it soon, 15 more minutes passed, I live 5 minutes from restaurant. Finally after a total of 1.5 hours after the time I placed the order I received it to open the box to EXTREMELY COLD food. I tried to call back but kept getting connected to the call center. Needless to say I DONE with this place and the horrible service they provide

We will start with the positive. The food is amazing. The pizza was fresh and done splendidly and the honey barbeque wings latched on the fantastic. However when you get into the con's their website is slow. And I mean insanely slow. Its very frustrating. Second the pizza is never ready till almost half an hour after they say it will be done. ( The guests had to wait.) And oh yes, no stuffed crust that we ordered. Payed 3 bucks extra per pizza and didn't get it. Never saw a refund yet either.
It is concerning that quality control is overlooked or ignored. This is the second time that I've ordered the Box meal with Wingstreet chicken. Both times, the chicken was raw / undercooked. Biting into the raw chicken was nasty enough to lose my appetite. On both occasions, we threw the entire $50 order out and were left wondering if the family would be stomach sick. I'll be staying far away from Pizza Hut...,..fool me twice.

They NEVER have drivers. So do not order delivery from here. If you do, order it from DoorDash, not that you are able to use any of your points or rewards. It's absolutely ridiculous that they even offer delivery when they can't deliver anything. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me, and I am not completely done ever ordering from Pizza Hut again.
