The chicken was left over chicken from another day very dry and oily. The food is terrible.

At the drive-thru, I started giving my order and the attendant (who I would later find out is named Esmerelda) asked me to slow down which was fine. I continued giving my order more slowly, but before I finished, she said the total was $29.96. I told her I wasn't quite finished making the order, but she just raised her voice and repeated the total of $29.96 and rudely told me to pull forward and cut off the connection. When getting to the window, I asked if she was the one that took my order as I was giving her payment. She said yes, rudely shoved the bag at me, and closed the window. I was ordering for several people and I had to go elsewhere to get something for the remaining people who I did not get to order for. Then, when I got home, I discovered she had not given me the large meal I asked for over the regular for one of the meals, though thankfully, she hadn't charged for the upsize at least, she did not put a large side of mashed potatoes in the bag that I did pay for, and the 5 piece spicy chicken tender meal was not spicy and was instead 11 small chicken nuggets. Esmerelda's service was absolutely unacceptable and it is further unacceptable to be charged for items that were not received.

I tried to enjoy it …I really did but the food quality was really bad. I ordered on uber eats and The wings came very tiny , barely to no meat on it and one of the pieces I ate, tasted weird & hardly cooked ..you can even see the pink …the fries were bout burnt/stale. The only thing I could enjoy was the biscuit. I couldn’t even get a refund :(

I will definitely have to say the chicken sandwich and the tenders are amazing the fries are crispy and hot and the dipping sauces they give you are to die for they are lovely and savory. I will choose Popeyes time and time again

I always order a 3 piece tender meal and it's wonderful. Crunchy and juicy. And then there's the very tasty buttery southern biscuit! Sweet tea is great too! Once you try Popeyes tenders you won't want them from anywhere else.

I've got to tell everyone about my awesome experience at this Popeyes Location!
I've been to Popeye's locations across the country, This it the best one by far! Steven ( I believe he's the manager) has this place running like a well-oiled machine! He was very accommodating and made our chicken fresh! He didn't just pretend to, like I've experienced before at other locations. He was awesome with my kids and was making us all laugh:)
The way Steven communicates with his staff and guests is top-notch!
The dining area is immaculate! Other locations you walk into, and there are wet floor signs out because the floors are so greasy!
Steven made sure we were well taken care of when it came to napkins, sauces, and all the things you want when ordering a couple of big chicken meals.
This is my new favorite Popeyes!
I hope Popeyes recognizes how Steven goes above and beyond and rewards him accordingly!

My food was cold and had more honey then anything didn’t taste like it normally does wasn’t fried all the way for that right crunch it normally has I was so upset I had a long day of work and just wanted a good meal but no I’m stuck hungry with all that that I Had payed

Staff was very low energy. It was like they would have liked it if we weren't there.
The chicken sandwich tasted good, but there was too much mayonnaise and the meat kept slipping out of the bun.
Some of the tables were dirty.
