I have not been to Ruby Tuesdays in years, I finally decided to go today and it was a waste of money. My steak felt like I was eating leather when I asked for medium rare. The shrimps were not thoroughly cooked, and the portions were for a baby very small portions for the price. And how does a restaurant that sell steak run out of steak sauce. I definitely will not be going back!!

Absolutely slow and terrible service and the cooks don't know how to not burn anything. Stay away.

First, the restaurant had maybe 10 people, not busy at all, we waited over 10 minutes to be seated. Then my son’s order was messed up. No biggie, it happens, right? Waited 20 minutes after being told 9-10. I ordered my burger with mayo, was brought out with none because it was added to my husbands who ordered something completely different than I did. waited that same 20 minutes, found another waiter and was told “we’re out of mayo”.. really? Did you use the last of it on my husbands burger? Whatever. Finally got my son’s meal, it was absolutely disgusting and it was served with the cold fries and corn that came on the first plate that was incorrect. Oh, and NONE of the stalls in the women’s bathroom had toilet paper. Needless to say I won’t be returning.. this place used to have higher standards, shame it’s gone down hill the way it has.

Salad bar was nice food was awful, waiter was very rude. This was my last trip to the Lebanon RUBY Tuesdays. No wonder it was always empty!

The worst Ruby Tuesday experience ever. We often eat at the Pottsville location. Today we tried the Lebanon location. Not good. Slow service. Over cooked food was offset by frozen cheesecake.

We had gift cards we wanted to use before the last few locations close.

This establishment is unfortunately still plagued by staffing issues, especially kitchen, and poor management. After two bad experiences in the past 3 to 4 months, we decided to give it another try last night (Fri 3/7) at the request of our granddaughter. We arrived at approx. 7:40. The place was not terribly crowded for a Friday night, maybe a dozen cars or so in the parking lot. We were immediately seated. After 15 minutes waiting for a server , I finally got up and went to the bar to inquire who was handling our table. Finally, a server showed up and apologized, mumbling some reason. Given the wait, we ordered everything at one time (8:00) - - drinks, appetizer and and entrees. The child's pasta was served approx. 20 minutes later. Still no drinks or appetizer. The bourbon glazed salmon arrived 15 minutes later. Still no appetizer or drinks. After asking about our drinks, they finally arrived 10 minutes later. Despite asking the server 3 times about the last entree, my wife's burger never did make it to our table and neither did the appetizer. We finally requested the check at approx. 8:50 and paid only for the food that was actually served. During our 90 minute fiasco, the server spent most of her time sitting with an acquaintance at a nearby table. Did not appear that she had any other tables. The acquaintance was served something immediately upon arriving. This will likely be the last straw, which is a shame because Lebanon does not offer a ton of choices for this type of food where an adult beverage can be enjoyed with dinner. And surprisingly, we never received an apology from the manager before walking out the door.

Stopped to eat here on Sunday around 4 with husband. It wasn't busy and waiter was attentive. I ordered the bourbon glazed salmon and my husband ordered fried shrimp. Food did take awhile but my husband was happy because it came out hot. I enjoyed my meal but around 6, I began vomiting aggressively every half hour until 2:30 Monday morning. It was the most sick I've been in many years and I can only attribute to the salmon. Being in food service myself, I need to bring attention to this and the importance of food safety.

The entrees rice quantity is terrible, don’t count on it, that can’t be right! That’s the lowest quantity I’ve ever seen in any restaurant I’ve been to, the food tastes good, but definitely not filling. Also, you offer curbside pick up, but your staff keeps hanging up the phone when we went there to pick up.

My wife was overcharged for a side of ribs. Instead of a side they charged the whole meal. Spoke with the GM and a manager. GM said Id get a coupon difference in my email. Manager said shed follow up with him. Ive heard nothing. We go here often, probably not anymore.
