I’m honestly really taken aback by the quality and flavor of the food we received from this restaurant. I’m Puerto Rican, have eaten Puerto Rican food my whole life. Never been this dissatisfied with any type of Latin food. ONLY thing that was okay was the beans. The rest was really bad, sadly.

Almost 70 for 2 platters that are barely full, 4 empandillas with no meat. And some other add ons. Never again. This place is a rip off.

I give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ towards food, service and atmosphere! Such a quaint little Mom and Pop place with an atmosphere of home! Service with a smile and the food, THE FOOD, STUPENDOUS! Just like Mom and Abuela used to make! Its a blessing that we have such an establishment with love in our community! I recommend it to ALL 1000X over! Can't wait to come back!

I wanted to give more stars to my review but I wanted to be honest and real on my own experience. I came here last weekend for the first time. Before I start, I think this place needs to update or renew the store name upfront because we barely can’t see or read what it is the name.
The young lady that works behind the line she was friendly and had warm welcoming.
The Cuban sandwich was not the greatest/ the best but it wasn’t bad either.
They had big chunks pork on the cuban but I barely taste the ham, the pickles and no mustard.
I ordered arroz con gandules to go with carne guisado. I told the young lady I want one order arroz and one order of carne guisado. My reason told her that I was expecting she’ll pack it separately since I take it to go and for my lunch next day but instead she packed it all together in one to go container (see pic). All the juice from carne guisado was soaked on the rice. When I got home and tried it, the beef was dried.
I don’t know how much that cost I didn’t see menu laying around or sign whatsoever to let people know how much it will be cost because when we paid the receipt it didn’t show the breakdown of my cuban and my to go food. Everything our total was $30 with one can of coco soda.

If you want to have a taste of Puerto Rican food this is the place to go. The food was amazing specially the pernil con ese cuerito baby, it was sooooo good. The prices are good to. WE WILL BE BACK.

Vengan para acá, la comida es deliciosa!!! Come over here, the food is delicious!!! Sabor Criollo “La Casa del Mofongo,” is an excellent choice if you are looking for authentic Puerto Rican food. With every single dish the ingredients are nostalgic and savory to food that is served on the island. Food is plentiful and filling. Service is friendly and inviting. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Prices are reasonable. Next time I’m in the area, definitely visiting “Casa del Mofongo.” Highly recommend.

Food was awesome old fashion cooking delicious. mmmmmmmyummy fresh food. Not like sabor latino in Lancaster which mix old with new. The food is fresh and the staff is actually happy to serve you. Not 10 people in the back of counter with attitudes and don’t want to serve you or smart remark. Mad props to Sabor Criollo La Case Del Mofongo of Lebanon, Pennsylvania and your staff. It was a pleasure to visit your establishment. Keep up the great work. Five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍 💯 Veteran Approved.
You should put a food truck at VA Medical Center. You would do great. 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷great taste and awesome flavors of Puerto Rico.
