Good pretzels but every time I'm in there clerks are very rude and snappy. If your pretzels are ready to burn, go deal with it first so I have time to look at the menu and make up my mind with out feeling I'm a bother to be there!

Shireys pretzels are undeniably the best tasting pretzel we’ve ever eaten. Very unique flavor and ALWAYS as fresh as can be!!

Arrived to find the store CLOSED!!! No mention on Facebook or on Google page online. 🤷♂️ Closed for vacation. Would have been nice to have something put on social media about it. (Went out of my way to get there before going somewhere else as I don’t live close. 😢
I drive from Mount Joy to Lebanon for these pretzels! I have my son hooked on these and he drives from Lancaster to Lebanon for them. Best pretzels from any surrounding counties. I have tried them all and they are superb especially with the Bavarian mustard!

Really good pretzels with a nostalgic feel to the whole process. Orders are still rung up on an old register (believe they only take cash FYI). Soft pretzels are only made on Saturdays, but the hard pretzels (with or without salt) are available all the time. Prices are reasonable, and the service is quick. Parking is plentiful right outside the store.
