Normally i love this place but listed open until 930, I come thru at 920 doors locked. If it's listed as open be open or change your hours. Driving 20 mins each way for that bs.

They could have better service... my coffee got handed to me with coffee on the lid and caramel running down the sides. At least clean the cup off before handing it to me!

Why can’t you make the drink correctly
Whole milk, no water, no foam, chai latte and 9 shots of chai.
How hard is it to do?

Old Post:Starbucks in general is a good company but when you visit as many as we do and we cant get our drinks made correctly from one Starbucks to another there is a problem
We arent ordering any that is hard that is what blows our mind
4 ingredients and you mess it up 80 percent of the time and it is a standard drink
So answer me Why id this so hard??

Due to time constraints associated with my current contract workload, I utilized the drive-through parking area. After repeatedly attempting to place my order via the speaker system, I observed a lack of response from the attendant. Subsequently, I parked my vehicle and entered the establishment to place my order in person. I found the attendant's demeanor unprofessional and believe a brief explanation regarding the delay would have been preferable to the apparent disregard. While I received my order, I anticipate this experience will preclude future patronage.

Typical Starbucks where grumpy people sit around mad because they spent too much for coffee that wasn't all that special. Bunch of people I think whom couldn't afford to have Internet service in their own homes just hanging out on their laptops. I know it's a coffee shop but they didn't offer coffee mugs I guess so they didn't have to buy a fancy dish washer or to upsale you on the purchase of a take home souvenir coffee thermos? Why would someone pay to advertise a franchise seems odd. What's next charge for a business card? I think the attire was semi casual because most people were wearing ugg boots with cream or black colored leggings and their choice of oversized sweatshirt or a fleece vest on top of a vintage tee...that was the female patrons...male dress attire was one dangly long eating or two earrings of oversized synthetic diamond...really puffy hair ...track shorts...and same top options as the females...looking around the crowd was very angry with no one smiling.. reminiscent of a library but very progressive and friendly to all cultures except anyone over thirty five was getting stares at like they weren't invited to the party..I believe you go for the soft atmosphere and not the quality of drinks offered.

I placed a mobile order on app. Got there to pick up my order in the driver thru. The girl handed me the drink and went back to talking to her coworkers. When I needed to get her attention my drink was wrong I was ignorned. I payed extra for carmal drizzle lining the cup which there was none then look at the bottom of my cup to see grounds. When I tasted my drink I payed for extra syrup and tasted like there was hardly any. There was 14 pumps of syrup total and I get this drink all the time and it barely was even in the drink at all. For paying almost 8 dollars for a drink and it being this bad and nothing of what I ordered plus rude customer service. I will not be back
