The ladies who work at this subway are the BEST. I just got a sub in there this afternoon and it was by far the best I’ve ever gotten at subway. They’re always friendly and actually care about the job they’re doing!

Horrible customer service. I did a pick up order and then went back to work. They gave me a rock hard churro. It is nothing like the huge advertisement they have for it.
I called and they said I have to bring it back now which is impossible for me since I am at work. It is fast food and things happen but they have have poor customer service at this location.

A friend and me got sandwiches and drinks and went to her apartment building and sat at the picnic table to eat. They were very good sandwiches.

DoorDash order. Supposed to be 2x Cold Cut Combos. Got a couple of pricey salads on sub rolls. Meat and cheese as an afterthought.
Don't go here. So many better places for subs. Support any of the local restaurants.

So, we got 2 subs and 4 cookies. The subs was amazing. The bot who made them super nice and did awesome. However, the cookies had hair through them. You REALLY should be wearing hair nets when working with food. A girl with dark brown medium/long hair walked up from the back with no hair net and no gloves touching all the food containers. I'm assuming it was her hair. There was only 2 people working that we could see. And the hair on our cookies was dark and longer. Do better people. Where hair nets, hats AND gloves. Not the bare minimum.

I went in to pickup my online order and I mentioned that the Fanta orange was out, I got a different soda not really worried about it just wanted to let them know and got major attitude about it. I went back in to get 2 straws and everyone wanted to glare at me. I said I’m getting straws, don’t worry. An employee says “what you talkin to me” and started a huge argument over some soda and straws. I called management and they did nothing. I will not spend another dollar at this place. Yall lost another customer, congratulations

This is one of the better Subway's I've been too. I think since its a local spot so they need to have consistant quality because they depend on repeat business. Roadside Subway's along the highways are not worth going too.

Classic disrespectful young staff, they don’t even know how to make the sandwiches. They don’t want you in there, will most likely greet you with judgmental eyes and will act irritated if you don’t order immediately and swiftly. Sad… I came here all the time as a kid but I will never come back. Gave this place 3 chances now in the past month and it’s the same everytime. I tried to avoid interaction by ordering online and of course they made the sandwich wrong and acted like it was my fault when I came back.

I attempted to order online, but every attempt at submitting the order failed. I even used my smart phone to no avail. I therefore phoned the 812 Quentin Rd restaurant and spoke with a very pleasant male server. He was very helpful offering to do the order for me if I went over, so I did. On arriving the person I spoke to had gone home after his shift. I was left to contend with this boorish, white, male who deliberately would not make eye contact. He was less than helpful, in fact he was rude, obstinate and disgustingly arrogant & obstructive. His name, as he stated was, Troy (no name badge). From reading another comment with similar unsocial flavor it appears they could have drawn the short straw too. I wonder if this boorish behavior reflects the owner's attitude.
