Don’t bother coming to this Taco Bell through drive through unless you want the absolute worth customer service experience whoever is working the drive thru register right now Monday, December 23, 11am fire her rude ass rushing me and tossing my food at me makes me want to get a refund eat somewhere else
We ordered two boxes and nacho fries. And the fiesta potatoes in the box were only half filled and when we told them they said it’s how it is. Worst place. In all the other places I have ever had Taco Bell filled all the foods proper and when we told them they took it in consideration. 0/5 service and food.

Took a while to get our food. We don't like their new system of ordering. The food wasn't their best. Fries were warm at best. Burger wasn't any better.

Great tasting food, fast service, have to take a star away though because they seem to always forget to take things off I asked to be removed or they forget to grill my burritos.

For some reason Taco Bell constantly has issues making sure they properly package their orders. Rarely ever do i go to Taco Bell and am not missing something.

It seems that every time I to this Taco Bell there are issues. It’s pretty sad the kind of business that goes on at this particular Taco Bell. This restaurant was doing good for a while until, well it just started going downhill.
1. Customer Service: The overall customer service here is appalling. Multitudes of times that family and I have come here we have been treated disrespectfully. The managers get nasty with the customers, many times do not have a smile or even show any care about the customers whether they have a complain or not. They also seem to care more for the drive thru than their inside customers. For instance, one week that friends and I went the manager told us that they had no cashiers and that we needed to order on the screen they have in there.
2. The Food Service: Customers spend a lot of money here and to have food constantly come out messy, not as we ordered it or very skimpy is intolerable. Today for example, my dad bought my food and the burritos were so tiny. There was hardly any food in them. Other times I ordered these chicken tacos and there was hardly any chicken on them.
3. Cleanliness: At times it seems things are not so clean. My burritos that came out were supposed to be bean and rice burritos so if I order them that way I expect the wrap to not have beef on the outside of the wrap and for the tortilla to be neatly wrapped and not falling apart.
I write this hoping that people will pay attention and to speak truth about what’s been going on at this Taco Bell to step up their game and do things with excellence.

I don't know why this location has such problems with it, but I've been telling them for years at the window and in reviews that their Baja blast is made wrong compared to every other location.
They don't use enough syrup. I don't know if it's just because they're cheap or what but every other Taco bells taste correct and theirs is weak and tastes like just carbonation mostly because of it.
Normally I drive an extra 25 minutes to go to a different Taco Bell that correctly makes their drinks, but unfortunately they're temporarily closed. Extra 35 minutes instead to go to a further one, so that it would be right. P next time. I know that's what I should do, since they aren't interested in making theirs correctly.
Even after I pointed out that it was wrong and did not taste good, they wouldn't even offer me to just get a different drink, I'm guessing because they've heard this a number of times and they're tired of people mentioning it.
Edit, I also recommend checking your order is correct before you leave! Because about half the time or more they get something wrong at this location
