We love using The Bagel Rack for our team fundraisers. We always raise a lot of money and the staff at pick up is wonderful. I love their pretzel bagels. The cream cheese is so fresh it spreads like magic on the bagels. As soon as I advertise that we are having the fund raiser, so many people order and are excited to get the products.

I USED TO LOVE Bagel Rack but the last 4 times I ordered from there the quality has drastically changed over the course of a few months. Every time I try to eat a bagel with onions in it the onion WILL NOT BREAK as if they're old! It truly grosses me out to the point that I will be going from loyal customer to never spending another penny at this place. If they're going to charge ridiculous prices for their food, the least they could do is provide GOOD QUALITY food.. not old food. I also had ordered a 6 pack of assorted bagels from this place through my kid's school fundraiser and even those bagels sucked! I suggest you SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to McDonald's because that's the level of quality they're serving here anyway..

I tried ordering online but it wasn't available so went and sat in the drive thru. I ordered a bagel, bfast sandwich, 3 hash browns, a smoothie and a frappe. Was given 2 bags which are always stapled shut and a frappe. Had to ask for my smoothie. While waiting, I tore open and checked the bags. When I was handed my smoothie, I had to ask for the hash browns too that weren't included in my bags. While the guy working the window was pleasant, why are people not checking orders for accuracy? We order from here pretty often but always have to check our order for accuracy. Also, if charging gourmet prices, at least don't skimp on filling the drinks!

First off I ordered a rack pack off DoorDash that was supposed to come with plain cream cheese and veggie cream cheese and they sent me all plain bagels with only veggie cream cheese ðŸ˜. I swear some kid that smoked too much packed my food. Then we tried calling the company about 30 times no answer!!

I ask for a steak, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. They give me a bacon,egg and cheese sandwich. I went back they give me the stake one and I pay the difetence. The girl dosent seem happy. Flavor was ok but MC donals steak ,egg and cheese is more flavory and cone with onions at no charge. Also the bagel was all greasy and elastic texture. It was my first time and not sure if I wabt to go back.

I ordered the big rack bagel this morning and I can say that I am not happy. My food had numerous pieces of hair in it. The employees were not wearing their hair nets hence the hair in my food. We will not be returning. They couldn't even bother to answer the phone when we called to tell them about it. Definitely unsatisfied
Breakfast sandwiches here are amazing. Or if you just wanna take home some bagels and cream cheese, you can't go wrong. Never had a bagel or sandwich here I didn't like. Great way to wake up on a Saturday.

Ordered the sausage egg & cheese, and BLT bagel sandwiches, and they were both delicious. My only critique would be that there should've been full strips of bacon, and full lettuce leaves on the BLT, instead of bacon pieces & shredded lettuce. It made for a messier sandwich, with bits & pieces falling out as you ate. Other than that, everything else was good. Thank you for a great experience, and tasty food!

They fail at being a bagel shop. They need to take lessons from owners in new jersey and new york. First they open way too late for a breakfast place. And they take way too long to make a bagel sandwich. And they don't know how toasting the sandwich works. The deli meat is not suppose to be freezing cold still after toasting/warming it up. Average wait time is usually 20 minutes for one or 2 bagel sandwiches. Such a failure operation. It's either lazy workers there or the owner doesn't care. Nobody wants to wait 20 to 30mins for a breakfast food on the go. Even i can open a shop and run it 10x better. Most of the high star review is from people that never left this town and are use to eating unseasoned bland amish food.
