I give them a rating of a zero literally if I could it’s pretty sad that when I order in the line, I order something that I want and I don’t get the correct order so I let them know I didn’t get the correct order and they tell me that since I didn’t pay for the order that I ordered due to there mess up that I can’t have it and that I have to go back around in the line and re-order it that it’s their policy. Well, that’s pretty crappy to know that I have to deal with the mess up clearly there mess up of them doing… I will never eat at this Wendy’s ever again thanks too jesucrisro For taking my order!!!!

I placed a mobile order. However, I cancelled it to change a drink, and realized I couldn’t use the deal I selected. So I figured the line was empty, and asked about it. However the woman on speaker said she had not seen the order, then proceeded to say I was at the wrong address after I said the address (which was correct, she doesn’t know where she works.)
Then, I order, and not only did they get my order wrong, but all the food was cold. Cold nuggets, cold sandwich (which tasted horrible cold) and cold fries. I’ve been to decent wendy’s before, and this place is far below acceptable.

If I could give the service a zero star I would. We had a $50 order and the young spanish women at the window gave us our 2 bags of food, said absolutely nothing and shut the window. I’m trying to check the bags and I can’t tell if everything was there and she opens the window back up and gives me an annoyed look and says “what” so I asked if all of our food was there and she just doesn’t answer me and crosses her arms and looks at me like I’m an inconvenience, I just hoped it was all there and while I pulled away the manager yelled “have a nice day” in a sarcastic way. I’ve worked many busy fast food restaurants and it’s really not that hard to be friendly, I always respect fast food employees but these employees were rude enough to make my blood pressure rise.

I have had very good food (by Wendy’s standards of course) and service at this location before. I also have had very poor food and poor service here before. Very often the people working here don’t seem very happy or polite, and the last meal I had here the fries were definitely cooked in very old oil. I get that Wendy’s employees probably themselves deal with a lot of unhappy and rude people. It just sucks that seemingly everywhere you go for a quick bite the employees seem like they want to stab you in the face after giving you your over priced fast food. I worked at Arby’s years ago and feel like I had moments where rude customers got to me and I didn’t always give great service. However, more often than not, I did. Was pretty good about saying have a good day or night. It goes a long way and is the right thing to do. It will make you happier to be positive too.

The place was dirty outside trash on the ground The service was very good
The food does not look like the picture of course I think Wendy's is going downhill The classic quarter pound burger meal was kind of sad The burger was small The fries were good but cold
I remember the good old days where Wendy's ruled not so much anymore
I won't be going there again
I remember the big classic combo with biggie fries and a biggie drink those were the days🫶

We went here to order food inside, they would not take our order, we waited 10 minutes, and left, apparently they do not take care of inside customers. They ignored us. They did take care of Drive thru customers.. No one was sitting inside eating. Maybe they never recovered from Covid Days...

One of the dirtiest Wendy's I've been to. Drink machine dirty...bathrooms dirty....got the bacon mushroom burger ....was dry....cheese was not melted...I have these often at other Wendy's and this one was not good. Disappointing.....

I like the Dave's double but also go for the chili in winter.

Vegetarian options: They have salads available.

Dietary restrictions: Not good for anyone with major health issues. This is fast food at its best but not the healthiest. Need to be aware.

I got a kids meal and my food which was spicy nuggets fries and then a bacon double stack biggie bag well i got the kids meal and the just two fries at least the fries were fresh i had to go back to work so couldnt turn around an get the burger so much for eating lunch
