The bathroom smelled like dog poop and it looked like a puppy shredded the TP .. food was not as good as I’ve had it before … soda machine and area was filthy… all around looked gross.. never have I seen this place like this … it’s sad it’s gone downhill .. take pride in where you work !! Clean it up !! Not like it was busy

Very slow during lunch hour. We waited like 15 minutes and went somewhere else
Went to Wendy's for lunch. Went to drive-thru. They refused to give me my change which was three cents. Stated they no longer have pennies there. Will not go there again. If they do that to everyone, they sure are going to have lots of upset people.

Burgers were cold and dry the cheese was not even melted and didn't have my Cinnabon .should not have been cold burgers for a 2 minute ride back to work

The Staff was amazing except the Older lady who's made a huge deal about Sauce!!! I'm a veteran 💪🏽 show some respect!! I'm very sad that Wendy's over here is like this on Sauce. I been to other Wendy's never got bother with sauce. Highly disappointed.

Food was very good before however food at Wendy's is too expensive like it was for the past three years and when one of my family members went to order a sandwich. They requested for no sliced tomatoes; no mayo; and no pickles on their one sandwich yet they choosed to put it on the sandwich anyways when one of my family members requested no sliced tomatoes; no mayo; and no pickles on their sandwich period. I am not sure what happened at Wendy's but someone working over there needs to do a better job next time at reading people's orders. My order was good and got that right however one of my family member's order ended up wrong. Wendy's is good otherwise however this is not the first time we went to Wendy's and one of my family members ended up with their order wrong.

0/5 rating. POOR customer service for breakfast meal 8/4 at approx 1015. When we questioned the price of our order, employee immediately became annoyed. Acted inconvenienced by being questioned and making a quick change to our order. The mobile app had a much lower price listed for an item, which turned out to be incorrect, so we no longer wanted those items. She then started yelling to her coworkers about adding a sign to the drive thru speaker so she doesn’t have to keep ringing up items that are no longer on promo. We paid for food we couldn’t eat because we didn’t trust that something wasn’t done to the food. Disgusting, sad, and pathetic.

Yesterday I was going to go get my new upgrade on my phone and I was early. So I walked over to Wendy's and ordered some breakfast. While I was there I had the opportunity to talk with some of the staff at Wendy's and I must say that they treated me with so much respect and I have to admit the breakfast I ordered was very delicious, Yet I was more impressed with the design of the building especially inside the building. But it was the staff in the morning that had impressed me the most
