The seats are cracked with tape over them so they can not be cleaned properly. The baked potatoes was not cooked all the way. One of the workers looked as high as a kite shuffling around holding to things to keep from falling.

Cheese in the cheese fries was literally cold and not melted

Ordered online for pick up, waited 30 minutes before going to pick up, when the app said it was ready. Once we got there, we went inside to get the food, only to be told that they hadn't started making it yet. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food, to then get the wrong food.On top of that, the drive-thru line wrapped halfway around the building, and the line inside was at least 10 people deep.

Waited in drive thru line with an in app for over 45 mins inside was empty and drive thru line was 10 cars deep idk what they were doing inside but then food was cold cheese on burgers not melted what a joke and for the prices you pay nowadays for fast food the food and service sucks. Plus the inside is always dirty food all over floors counters dirty trash full no ice. I could go on but this particular store has gone way downhill
