The Penn is a place very dear to me as i have spent a lot of time there in the past year with my friends. I first went there right after i turned 21 and a year later it is still my go to bar. They’ve made many renovations to make the atmosphere even better than it already was! They have pool tables, a dart board, and they updated their TouchTunes. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced, the bathrooms were just renovated and were always kept decently clean. The service is also excellent. Every bartender and bouncer in there is awesome, and the owner is one of the nicest ladies in town.

William Penn Bar and restaurant should be considered a historical landmark and place. It's known for their hot dogs. Mike is the owner. He's the son of the original owner of William Penn Bar and restaurant and the food is exquisite and reasonably priced but the atmosphere is second to known probably the best place to be to meet people from all walks of life. When you go to the William Penn Bar and restaurant you feel welcomed and a part of the family. I have a great deal of respect for Mike and his staff and for the customers that stop by the restaurant. Mike and his staff especially Deb they both believe in me and share knowledge and support with me. They laugh with me and they feel my pain when someone treats me poorly but they make me realize that I'm worth something to them and anyone who gets to know me. Mike knows that I have an addiction to knowledge and he will teach me things when he is able to. So will Deb his staff worker. But when I stop by I'm always welcomed with a smile and big hello and again the food is exquisite but I feel that they should classify the William Penn Bar and restaurant as a historical landmark and place and that's my own opinion

I had the hotdogs I normally don't eat em but they were fantastic and the hamburgers were very nice as well the Greek chilli sauce was nice on them

Willam Penn Bar and Restaurant is one of the oldest businesses in Lebanon county and city it's famous for it's hot dogs and it's other cuisine such as breakfast and burgers and the atmosphere is in my opinion great and the owner is a great person to talk to and so are most of the

The owner Mike is one amazing person who cares about the community and the people in it and to me the food is outstanding and and for a customer like me I remember the William Penn restaurant and bar since I was very young and the hot dogs were awesome and so was the staff but Mike brang it a long way and does a excellent job and I respect Mike very much for all he does in the community and for the way he respect people and always honest with me and if I have a question or what to learn about something Mike will do his very best to answer my question for that I respect him and his staff at the William Penn restaurant and Bar
