William Penn Bar and restaurant should be considered a historical landmark and place. It's known for their hot dogs. Mike is the owner. He's the son of the original owner of William Penn Bar and restaurant and the food is exquisite and reasonably priced but the atmosphere is second to known probably the best place to be to meet people from all walks of life.
