To be honest if your Hispanic/latino just don’t go here these people are rude and racist and this is not the first time I have heard this from many other people they treat us like we are trash everythinggggggg you do bothers them if you want to play pool they say we hitting the ball hard when we not but the other people hit the ball harder and they don’t say nothing you can’t play any kind of music unless it’s English they speak to you rude and just so much happened that night it’s just the worse place to go just stay out of there

The Willow House Bar has been around since I was born I guess and it's located on 5th Street Willow St on the corner of 5th Street and it has changed management over the years and the crowd that goes to the Willow House are pretty cool as long as you show them respect and every now and then you get some at times they get a little bit too much intoxicated that they get beer muscles but in the most part I don't have nothing negative to say about any business in the City or County of Lebanon Pennsylvania including the Willow House

Laid back little "hole" in the wall. Staff is friendly. Pool table. Chips if your hungry. Had a quick drink for halloween. No decorations, but we brought our costumes. Women's bathroom light was out. Made it a little more spooky...lol

Bartender was taking forever to get my tab. If I walked out. Would he even notice? Most likely not. Not his fault that they overwork the little guy. Poor guy, jumping around. If they give the guy a Fitbit during Christmas, he would be able to keep track of your steps with all the pacing around he has to do lol.

Zero stars!Worst customer service in town. Never answers the phone. I've attempted to call many times to find out information on product and how it's served. Since they don't answer I don't give them my business. I could only imagine how poor the service is in person.It's too bad. They are the closest to me. Instead everyone else is earning what they could have. No purchases or tips for you until you give better service, that's starts by answering your phone.
