“We ended up at Saxion by a search in Google Maps for restaurants nearby. It's tucked in on a side road and had no idea it existed! When we walked in, we went left to the bar and decided to go back and to the right to the restaurant area. The staff was super busy with a big party but made sure we knew they were on the way to wait on us. The waitress apologized immediately for the wait upon arrival at our table. We understood and explained that it was perfectly understandable. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The buffalo chicken salad came in a large bowl (see photo). The buffalo chicken strip appetizer came with 3 pieces of perfectly cooked chicken, crunchy and drenched in buffalo sauce that I can say was very tasty!“

“Service was good. Ordered soup and salad. Nice salad but ranch dressing was so watered down it was equivalent to putting milk on it. Soup was literally a can of Campbells. Others enjoyed sandwich and fries therefore I am leaving a decent rating.“

“My favorite dive bar/biker bar with 5 star food. Fall afternoons sitting on the porch with a drink in hand and taking in the magnificent view is not to be missed! The food is really good, especially the brisket hoagie. And listening to bartender Crystal and locals having a spirited discussion about Salina issues is the best entertainment around! Funny as hell and you don’t get charged for the comedy show! When we are looking for good food, good drinks, friendly people…just a fun time…we go to the Salina Inn.“
