Old-fashioned shot & beer counter with a nice jukebox and clean restrooms. It's smoky, but they allow smoking so what do you expect. A hidden gem of New Kensington.“

“Attended a funeral at RJ Slaters funeral home, 12 of us went there between viewing times and had great service and the food order was done quickly. Everyone enjoyed their food and the people from Virginia never even seen a whole chicken wing. It was a great weather day and a few of us even walked the block to get there..“

“This is a nice venue with top quality music acts, very friendly employee's and very clean. There is a small parking lot and street parking. Very minimal noise level. They don't serve food but everyone goes to a place two doors down and brings it back. I highly recommend Moondogs!“

“Love their whole wings and I think their Secret Saxon Sauce is the best Wing Sauce EVER. All the food is great actually along with the atmosphere and service. Their Fish Sandwiches are huge and the best in the area as well. Plus it's pretty affordable compared to most places. They have both a nice Bar Room and Dinning Room. I only wish they had a bigger selection of dark beers.“

“Taco Tuesdays are a great value, Their Bull Burgers are phenomenal, but what I cant get enough of are those buffalo tots. I am typically not one for tator tots but the way they make them, they are out of this world. Served with a nice side of Nacho Cheese.....wow. The staff are always friendly and the food is made fast. For those who enjoy a nice tasty Budweiser, they actually have it on Tap, and for us who enjoy gods gift to beer, that's a rare thing around these parts.“

“Friendly little watering hole, I frequently shoot pool and drink Meyers and Cokes here. The owner and staff are rad, tables are decent, plenty of people to play with, 50¢ a game. They sometimes have food, typically for events; the jukebox works, and they have an old-timey cigarette machine.

I consider it a perk, but some might need to be warned, you can smoke in here and plenty do. Liquor selection is small but curated, there's plenty to drink, but it's not exactly a cocktail bar. It serves a bit of a niche, albeit one I personally dig. Try the Long Island.“

“WOW! What a fantastic, fun little venue tucked away in the rolling hills of PA! We drove down from MI to catch Reb Beach's solo show and it was one of the most unique and fun shows we ever attended. It was like throwing a party in your back yard with a hundred or so friends and having a bunch of kick-ass bands play for you in an intimate and relaxed setting! Good food and drink, friendly staff, we will be back and encourage our friends to join us! (And a GIGANTIC thank you for the banner!!!)“

“I came to Pittsburgh to visit friends. And made friends when we left. But this place right here...!!! Gave me good vibes. It's a small bar but man when I tell you the wings are FIRE!!! I mean FIIIIRRRREEE! We ordered 12 and ate 1 when was there only because the music was so good we forgot to eat. LOL So when we got back to the room I decided to try them again. We ate the wings cold! I have NEVER in my life had wings that damn good. So mad that I didn't get 24 because my husband tore them wings all the way up! The vibe were good we danced the whole time we were there. This is def the spot that I will stop at on the weekends when I am in the Burgh. Thank yall for your hospitality and THEM WINGS!!!“

“We stopped for dinner here after a lacrosse game at Fox Chapel . And OMG, I am so glad we did! I had the best burger I think I've ever had. Hubby and son has the brisket, which was also amazing! Olivia was so efficient and cool, and all of the other employees were so friendly. I can't wait to come back!“
