Needs to stock better. And I can not stand how they start announcing they're closing at like 8:30 and they do it every like 5 or 10 min or something until 9, it makes me feel extra rushed and stresses me out and is disrespectful to customers. They should care more about the customers than getting out of there for the night as soon as humanly possible. Just bad customer service in my opinion.
I find that the baked goods are below standard. Some say baked fresh daily but I've seen them put on the shelf thawing. I bought cinnamon rolls on Monday and they were dry and stale. The date was 3 days away before being pulled off the shelf. I also bought Choco chunk cookies with a selling price of 10 for $7.19. My fault for not checking the price. i really liked the cashier that checked me out today, i was with my grandma and this older woman (very nice lady) she was our chasier and she was so sweet, so pretty, so polite and i told her how pretty she was and she smiled , it was a really wholesome moment and i really love giant eagle. i hope you guys have a good day always .
