The worst customer service, especially Phoebe!!!!
At 12:50, I pescheduled delivery on the app for 5:45p.m. I received a text about 1:22 from DoorDash saying they werere on the way. I called the store to clarify and said that my order shouldn't be being delivered until 5:45. She said it already left so I can't change that. If you are not actually going to provide contactless delivery when it is requested, why offer it? It is literally promoted on the mobile app, it’s a pop-up. You can’t continue with your order unless you respond.

They could make sure the food is left at a door the customer has access to. Would also be nice if they made sure the customer knew the food was delivered. And when customer calls an hour after it was delivered trying to find their food they could refrain from getting an attitude!
