As a business traveler, I frequent Dunkin’ Donuts up and down the East Coast. This is by far the worst out there. Constantly getting the order wrong, doesn’t understand simple communication. I would suggest just passing by and go somewhere else and save yourself a headache nothing and I mean nothing is good here.

Was in the drive thru line for about 19 minutes just for a hot coffee on a Saturday early am. Only 3 cars in front of me. It shouldn't of taken that long for a hot coffee. Even when I proceeded to the window they didn't have my coffee ready. Atleast 5 or more workers inside. This is why I stick with Starbucks in Leesport.. never had any issues! Do better Dunkin!!

Summer Long

This is the worst location. The staff is so unfriendly. You need to repeat yourself, multiple times at the drive thru..only to be told your being rude..*im not a rude person. Then same thing at the window, the manager *im assuming, is rude.
The orders usually not right. Theres no hi, no thank you..theres nothing. But shoving your order at you. ID SOONER GO OUT OF MY WAY TO A NICER, FRIENDLY LOCATION..WHERE MY ORDER HAS ALWAYS BEEN PERFECT.
*THE NEXT DUNKIN ON MY WAY...IS SHARTLESVILLE.. THEY WILL GET MY BUSINESS

I went to Dunkin this morning hoping to have a little bite to eat before work instead had a disgusting breakfast!!!!!! My bacon and cheese on bagel was so greasy!!!! And my hot chocolate was like drinking muddy water I seen how they made it. The machine must’ve been broke how you make the hot chocolate so he scooped cocoa and a cup and added hot water that was boiling hot so my suggestion next time tell somebody the machine is broken. so all I was a massive bellyache and throwing away the hot chocolate and not eating my full sandwich cause it was so disgusting so it was basically $10 down the drain for nothing I hate to say, but I will not be returning back to Leesport Dunkin’ Donuts and for customer service the gentleman that was there this morning. He could’ve been a little more pleasant even to say good morning have a nice day

It’s a 50-50 crapshoot when you go here coffee is bitter burnt or not hot and Extremely slow at 5 o’clock in the morning when there’s nobody there

This is the worst dunkin in the area. I order ahead and still wait everytime, even with the store empty. Multiple times I found large quantities of coffee grains in my cup. This week I found a bug and that will be my last time buying from here.

11/07 Whoever the sweet sweet woman was that was working friday night, she is amazing. She complimented my friend and I and was just a ray of sunshine. Give her and the two boys a rais. The drinks and donuts were amazing! Love this Dunkin!

I am just dumbfounded that when you order something simple like an ice tea and ask for extra blueberry flavor and extra sugar and it most definitely taste plain you call to let them know so they can remake it when you are done with your shift or for the following day and the manager stated to hold on to the drink, do not drink it and save it till today or tomorrow. So now I have to cart around an ice tea just to replace it? Also ordered a matcha latte large which no longer is a large but possibly a medium and the reason for the shortage stated by the manager is due to the matcha power sitting at the bottom of the cup and they want to avoid that by reducing the amount they put in the cup, if that’s the case don’t charge everyone for a large when really it’s a medium at best. The attitude I received from both the girl who made my drinks and the manger is beyond me. I come to this location everyday before work and even after work and this would be the first time I’ve ever had this bad experience and been told the reason why my matcha came up short was due to the powder sitting on the bottom of the cup. I am not carting around a full large ice tea till I have enough time to replace it. If they would like, I will post my video on tik tok with their location tagged on the phone conversation and pictures. Never again, Wawa I will be seeing you :)
