I go there just about every day. I always get a large strawberry refresher. With green tea never have any issues plus the woman, there is cute.

Terrible staff, very rude while taking your order, no organization, not very helpful and poor attitude. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for maybe having a bad day, been there several times over the last year and nothing has changed. One guy is always there in the morning has a piss poor attitude.

Had a question about the varying prices of my one order and was rudely interrupted and felt yelled at. I was not rude and just asked why the price difference for the different times of day. I was told the other shift was doing it wrong and I just said okay but haven’t felt good about going back here. This may be more of a corporate thing, but why is a small shaken espresso given the same shots as a large? Two espresso shots in both sizes but obviously more expensive for a large. I leave earlier now to go to the Dunkin on 5th st. Way nicer service, faster, plus consistent prices and making of drinks.

I don't even know how this place is still open. We ordered hash browns, a croissant sandwich and ham and cheese sandwich. The hash browns were soggy, burnt and tasted like chlorine which I assume is from old burnt oil. The ham and cheese was also burnt and tasted off. The only thing that was halfway decent was the croissant sandwich and it was soggy as well. Super disappointed and will definitely not be spending my money there again.

This is the second time this month I bought a dozen donuts and 9 of them are stale and hard as a rock! Earlier in the month I got a dozen donuts and over half were hard and stale ! The variety is poor compared to the dunkin in Hamburg and Muhlenberg. Save yourself the disappointment and drive the extra 8 minutes to Hamburg or Muhlenberg.

Always rude when I come through the drive thru. Today I went through and I got “well if you just placed your order, then we haven’t even started it yet.”
Which wasn’t needed. I work customer service, I get it can suck but it also sucks to be a kind customer and get talked to like that.

This morning I stopped at this location to get breakfast before I started my work day. When I pulled up to the order booth, I specifically asked for a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a plain bagel. Instead of fulfilling that order that gave me a PLAIN BAGEL WITH A STICK OF BUTTER!!!! I also asked for a hot chocolate and it was given chocolate milk non the less, and to top it off they did not fill my cup all the way to the top. The only thing they got right was the 2 donuts that I ordered. I will never come to this location ever again, this location has the poorest service I have ever seen.

They got rid of vanilla sprinkled donuts? I’m absolutely baffled….they have no other vanilla frosted, except for a “marble” frosted that has chocolate on it. My child can not have chocolate…

Terrible door dash service. 50 donut whole order and In box received 35 chocolate and the rest were glazed. Plus hard and stale.

I need to stop “Giving them a chance” since every single time I go here they mess something up with my order. Today it was that they used a bag made for sandwiches to put my daughter’s donut in so it removed most of the icing from it. The employee working the drive through rushed through my order and was clearly not caring what she was handing customers either.
