Consistently bad. Always have to wait for food, no matter what time I go or what I order. Fries are not freshly made. Gave the store manager feedback multiple times with no corrective measures taken, this has been over 10 months. I no longer go to this location. The other ones in the area are leaps and bounds better than this particular location.

Don't use their mobile app for this location. Because you'll get charged and then the workers will refuse to give you your food saying that it was canceled, even though you have a receipt
Waited 15 minutes for cold food and no napkins and got the excuse they were busy. I was sitting here the whole time watching staff goof around and the manager flirt with the staff which was super professional. Absolutely lousy service here. Not coming back. I’ll drive 15 minutes to the Wyomissing mcdonalds.
Went for breakfast on a snowy morning. My son loved their hot cakes and sausage. He wanted me to call and tell them how much he loved it.😅 Was clean inside, our food came out fast and hot, the whole order cane out correct, and it was tasty. Also the people working were very nice. So,y kid says 5 stars and I'm gonna agree!

These people pay more attention to the drive through than the customer that are actually dining inside. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the meat looked black and tasted rotten.
