These people pay more attention to the drive through than the customer that are actually dining inside. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the meat looked black and tasted rotten.

It was NOT the best time. We went inside because drive thru was busy. It took 30 mins Plus for food & it was NOT very hot. I got sweet tea & there wasn't any out front so had to ask for it. Maybe they were short staffed Idk? I won't be going back there for a while thu.

Get breakfast, or any other meal here for that matter, and youll see why DEI is killing companies. Every day you should want to get better at your job, not here. Service sucks, employees are beyond slow and in talking to them individually, there is 0 team cohesion or communication which is leading to constant crappy service and their "Fast Food, has become "maybe 5-10 minutes later food", if they get it right the first time. If I'm going spend what little money I occasionally have during this current administration, make me want to spend it there. Right now, I just see the company eventually dying if this is their new standard. Way to go McDs.👏

Usually decent McDonald's lost my phone and they kept it until I got there 3hrd later and the fries were hot and fresh
