Its your better than average gas station/rest stop! It's not wawa but pretty good, chicken fingers are slammin, actually some of the best chicken fingers you can get from anywhere!

My food order was made incorrectly and the employees did not seem to care. My onion rings, cheese steak rolls, crab sandwiches, and other food were lukewarm immediately upon eating in my car right after the food was made, and nothing was hot temperature wise. I am trying to figure out as I write this review how freshly fried food cannot be hot, considering my entire order was fried food and a burger also. I would not recommend this specific location but Rutters has great food otherwise. This location is just not great in my unbiased opinion, and I will not be returning.
They have 2 heavy set older guys working in the kitchen in the early morning.. I never thought it was possible to ruin so many of my meals, burnt cheese tasting eggs next day order waffles and they were ripped apart into shreds.. how do you mess up waffles your just toasting? Please hire someone that knows how to cook in the kitchen one of them even said he don't even cook for himself so why is he in the kitchen? I used to spend money everyday for early breakfast now I won't especially with these older 2 heavy set men working there.. the worst breakfast sandwich was biting into a chunk of butter ... DO BETTER! This used to be my favorite place to stop to eat, now I can't even eat in the morning anymore and it seems like no one cares. It's a shame my 18 yr old son can cook better and isn't given a chance . Ya choose to keep 2 non cooks in the kitchen if I could give 0 stars I would .. oh btw CLEAN YOUR NASTY BATHROOMS

ABSOLUTELY 0 STARS!! do NOT come to this Ritter's. I put oat milk in my coffee and it was EXPIRED. I got my brothers meat and cheese for like 5 bucks and they ate it and instantly were in disgust.. even the cheese had a faint white film on it. IT WAS EXTREMELY OLD. Got a soft pretzel... ROCK HARD and tasted like sand. Do not come here. overpriced and expired.

My friend and I come to this specific Rutters because the food is consistently good and the food deli personnel are friendly and top notch. Today, I ordered my usual veggie sandwich. I always ask for extra lettuce. I went to the window to request this and STACY looked at me and said "Extra lettuce?" What a gal!! She remembered me. She made me a beautiful toasted ciabatta (sp?) Sandwich. Thank you, Stacy! Some of the others who deserve mentioning are Brian, JP, and tall Ryan. We love you all!! You make our lives more pleasant!!
