THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE….Yesterday we placed a large order for our son’s baseball away game. 24 sandwiches, chips and cookies.
Just found out this morning the game was postponed until Wednesday.
We tried calling two different numbers and no one answered.
So I rush down to the restaurant to try and catch them before they made the sandwiches and to reschedule for two days later.
I get there and explain the situation and the sandwiches were already made so they didn’t have to make them during the lunch rush. I get that, but when I asked if they could keep them for two days they refused despite the short notice we received from the team.
The person who waited on us yesterday was fantastic and even called me a couple of hours later offering a refund because she rang us up for two additional sandwiches. We appreciated the response and just said, no thank you, just include the extra with the order.
The people working today (manager/owner?) we’re not friendly nor did they seem empathetic to the situation and were unwilling to accommodate.
This restaurant will not be getting a business from us in the future for orders large or small.

I got hungry for a good deli sandwich while shopping nearby grocery store, u packed up car ordered on app & after arriving & greeted nicely my sandwich was ready fast. The Outlaw was made perfectly just as ordered & was delicious. First visit to this store & will be back again. Love what the did with inside since it once was a gas / service station in the 90's (I worked there at that time).
Ripped off by extremely unprofessional and rude male cashier. He lied and said he forgot to add the coupon when it was handed to him before checking out, then refused to give a refund, claiming he could not do so due to his manager being on vacation. Then went in back to store to call manager, saying the manager also said we could not get a refund. Also lied about the total. He trieckedus by charging $9 extra. Added a $3.33 tip to the order without our consent. He did not want to give a receipt. We had to ask several times to see the receipt that he quickly tried to throw away. He then told us to come back when his manager was there, since she was on vacation and he is not allowed to give refunds.. then and told us his name was "Bonkers". We will never eat here again. Do not eat here unless you want to be lied to, treated poorly, stolen from, then refused a refund when you're illegally over charged by the sketchy man named "Bonkers".

It's Subway. I can't add a lot that you don't already know. They usually do a good job at this location.
I never have a wait here. The staff are always nice, if ever changing or perhaps I'm just lucky enough to experience the diversity of employees. The food is always made exa try as I ask even when I place my order online or on the app. The cookies are always baked to perfecrion... not underdone nor over done. The indoor seating is nice ... almost homey when you consider its a chain sandwich shop. There is outdoor seating. There is NOT a drive-thru. The parking lot can be ever so slightly tricky getting out of just because of the way its situated. Watch out for the giant pot hole and the people coming out of the Wendy's drive-thru.

Don't go to the one in leetsdale. I ordered a tuna. Bowl with extra veggies got a 1/2 full bowl with 3 peppers a pinch of lettuce a few pieces of spinach , 2 scoops of tuna. A 1/2piece of cheese. Called said they remake me one but I don't live close. They should've refunded my money when I told him that. Christine whoever she is needs training or to learn to read off the app.or however they do when you order online. Thanks for ruining my dinner and wasting my money!!

This particular Subway is rather small in terms of size, the food is OK but I really didn't feel like it was anything that special, though I do like that one of the seating options are a couch and to easy chairs, but I think that Subway in terms of the whole franchise needs to add more filling options to their menu like the buffalo chicken sub at "Mr. Subb" in the capital region of NY, and maybe more meaty options like at DeBellas
