Update1-9-26
Months later trying again. Girl mumbling into her microphone. After deciphering what she was saying I pulled around. Window opens, hands drinks and gave back card for transaction. Not one word spoken the entire transaction. Handed food. I said thank you, have a nice day but the window was closed before I could finish. I always say thank you, no matter the situation. Two words. Not that hard.

How hard is it to say even just one word to the customer? If you don’t like your job………

Btw, the screen that shows what you’re ordering still hasn’t been fixed?

Original post-The girl who took our order in the drive thru was very nice. The girl who shoved our food out the window was quite rude. I told her thank you and have a nice day. No response, only a scowl.

We didn’t order anything special, no substitutions, etc so it wasn’t like my order was complicated.

Even going through the drive through the French fries and burger are cold. Just thrown together, lady pretty much threw it out. The window and said, have a good day.

Tried to order. The worker kept talking over me. Repeated my order because I was confident it was taken incorrectly. Went to pick up my order in the drive through. Was not given all my items. The lady at the food window said it wasn’t rung up with the missing items and refused to fix it. Awful service.

Rude staff. Soggy fries, cold chili with no crackers. No dipping sauce for chicken nugget meal. And no spoons for frosty or chili. Quit your job if you can’t do it correctly.

The night crew has got to have the worst people they ever hired. Drive thru is a nightmare and when pulling up to the window you’re getting death stares, people from the everyone especially people from the back popping their heads as if you did something wrong by placing an order? The old workers are just as unprofessional as the young ones. So you don’t know who to address and even then you have to worry about if the food is going to get thrown on the floor or spit on before it goes in the bag so is it even worth addressing? It’s probably my third or fourth time going at night and whether you’re ordering through the drive thru or placing an online order for pick up it’s the same deal. You don’t win here. I will be picking up food from another location faithfully.

One of the drive through girls is extremely rude. She has an attitude every single time on the speaker and basically threw my food at me and slammed the glass without saying a word as I was saying thankyou and wishing her a good day. I'm a super easy customer. I order something small on the mobile app and always say please and thankyou. Even if my order is messed up I just take it happily and go to not cause any fuss. I understand having a bad day and don't expect fake smiles from someone working fast food, but it's constant and actually kinda hurtful when I'm just trying to be simple and polite. I haven't had issues with the other workers, they can be disorganized but are not rude, so it is unfortunate that one bad apples spoils the whole batch.

LEGAL ADVOCATE

Caution...Floor is very slippy. Possibly from food grease? Getting from the door to the counter or to the restrooms is a challenge. Even with rubber soles on shoes it is a careful challenge. I can't rate at this time the food or service as when I was with an elderly person for a lunch break, we had a challenge navigating the floors so we chose not 2 eat.

2 junior cheese burgers. I threw them out and gave my kids PBJ. They looked terrible lettuce looked like it had been reheated the onions smelled old. I've washed my hands and still can't get the smell off.
