2 junior cheese burgers. I threw them out and gave my kids PBJ. They looked terrible lettuce looked like it had been reheated the onions smelled old. I've washed my hands and still can't get the smell off.

The last 3 times I have went in there they are screaming and playing around throwing food and if you go through drive thru is so load they can't even hear the person taking the order. The food is always made wrong and cold. Will never go to this location ever again.

The two young girls working counter on 7/10 are absolutely disrespectful and ignorant. I walk in the doors, no one smiles they all just stare. The girl with the braids is screaming about someones finger and then calls the other girl stupid. A manager comes around and the girl talks to him as if he is dumb, no respect. She takes my order, no personality. She turns around and pretends to sneeze on the manager, he told her to not act like that in front of customers, and said she needs to grow up. I’m glad he did that. They put my food out in 3 bags and two large drinks as if I have more than 2 hands. Can I get a drink carrier??? I ask and of course the action of getting a drink carrier was just sooooo tedious there had to be attitude when getting one. My cheeseburger was made wrong, no apology or anything, just grabbed it out of my hand. Then when I asked for a bag with handles to carry my three bags and two drinks, again that was just such a tedious task it had to be done with attitude.
I have worked in fast food for all of my high school life. Yes it sucks, but I never gave attitude and I always provided a happy service with a smile on my face, even if I didn’t want to. This experience was trash, the only good thing was the manager telling the girl that she was wrong. If you hate your job, go somewhere else. If you’re a high school student, this is a job where you can find your service voice and learn character and work ethic. I can tell these girls are exhausting to work with. I feel bad for the rest of the crew. Especially the manager.

The people in the drive thru were super rude. They forgot some of my food and cut us off while we were trying to explain it to them. They almost act like robots. No emotions. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was pleasantly surprised that my coffee was free. I guess they thought I was a senior. I’m only 58 years old LOL but free is free and the restrooms were very clean.

Disgraceful, two cashiers arguing over whose register they were using. Disruptive and disrespectful to each other. Manager needs to teach them some customer service . Took a lunch to get a break from work and deal with this nonsense! Not the first time encountering this issue.
