One of the drive through girls is extremely rude. She has an attitude every single time on the speaker and basically threw my food at me and slammed the glass without saying a word as I was saying thankyou and wishing her a good day. I'm a super easy customer. I order something small on the mobile app and always say please and thankyou. Even if my order is messed up I just take it happily and go to not cause any fuss. I understand having a bad day and don't expect fake smiles from someone working fast food, but it's constant and actually kinda hurtful when I'm just trying to be simple and polite. I haven't had issues with the other workers, they can be disorganized but are not rude, so it is unfortunate that one bad apples spoils the whole batch.

Caution...Floor is very slippy. Possibly from food grease? Getting from the door to the counter or to the restrooms is a challenge. Even with rubber soles on shoes it is a careful challenge. I can't rate at this time the food or service as when I was with an elderly person for a lunch break, we had a challenge navigating the floors so we chose not 2 eat.

2 junior cheese burgers. I threw them out and gave my kids PBJ. They looked terrible lettuce looked like it had been reheated the onions smelled old. I've washed my hands and still can't get the smell off.

The last 3 times I have went in there they are screaming and playing around throwing food and if you go through drive thru is so load they can't even hear the person taking the order. The food is always made wrong and cold. Will never go to this location ever again.

The two young girls working counter on 7/10 are absolutely disrespectful and ignorant. I walk in the doors, no one smiles they all just stare. The girl with the braids is screaming about someones finger and then calls the other girl stupid. A manager comes around and the girl talks to him as if he is dumb, no respect. She takes my order, no personality. She turns around and pretends to sneeze on the manager, he told her to not act like that in front of customers, and said she needs to grow up. I’m glad he did that. They put my food out in 3 bags and two large drinks as if I have more than 2 hands. Can I get a drink carrier??? I ask and of course the action of getting a drink carrier was just sooooo tedious there had to be attitude when getting one. My cheeseburger was made wrong, no apology or anything, just grabbed it out of my hand. Then when I asked for a bag with handles to carry my three bags and two drinks, again that was just such a tedious task it had to be done with attitude. I have worked in fast food for all of my high school life. Yes it sucks, but I never gave attitude and I always provided a happy service with a smile on my face, even if I didn’t want to. This experience was trash, the only good thing was the manager telling the girl that she was wrong. If you hate your job, go somewhere else. If you’re a high school student, this is a job where you can find your service voice and learn character and work ethic. I can tell these girls are exhausting to work with. I feel bad for the rest of the crew. Especially the manager.

I was pleasantly surprised that my coffee was free. I guess they thought I was a senior. I’m only 58 years old LOL but free is free and the restrooms were very clean.
