Went there today 4/25 on my lunch hour and was never spoken to with such disrespect in the drive thru. Young man taking orders was very gruff and when I asked for a vanilla frosty he basically screamed and said “we don’t have vanilla frosty’s, repeat your order “ which I did and asked fir a chocolate frosty. Girl at pay window was very apologetic and explained the reason for no vanilla, which I appreciated since I do not frequently eat there. Once I pulled up to retrieve my order, the same kid that took my order was at the window blatantly complaining about the customers and literally threw my bag of food to me. No thank you , have a nice day, nothing. Very disrespectful.

I ordered food to the side, and the employee gave me my food in a bag. The restaurant was dirty. The drink fountain was disgusting. The place wasn't busy. Seen no employee's cleaning.

Gave it one star cause I can’t do zero stars. Food is not cooked, sent it back and was wrong again. Employees on phones and laughing about it in front of us. Ended up leaving. Drive past and go somewhere else.

Wendy's normally has good food, service and atmosphere. Wish I could say the same for the Wendy's is Sewickley, the bathroom was atrocious, dining room floor was dirty and hasn't looked like it had detail attention done in about a month ( could use a good deck scrubbing, the beverage dispenser in the dining room was a disaster covered in over spray. The young lady that waited on my daughter and I for lunch was friendly but differently seemed to be somewhere mentally then at work. From the customer point of view the whole staff including the Male manager on shift all looked high on something with the manager looking more out of it than the crew. Ordered a biggie bag with a frosty for my daughter and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers for my self, got my daughter's food while I had to wait for my food because everyone just left the line other than the woman that waited on me and the woman in the drive-thru, finally the manager reappeared from back to make the sandwich, apparently there is no cross training for employees at this store because they all stood there like deer in headlights waiting for the manager to make the food, no uniform except for a team tee shirt, they all had sweat pants on, the young gentleman on the fry station had his pants down exposing his blue underwear for the whole front counter to see, no hair restraints, however I will say the manager was in uniform. No name tag's so I couldn't even tell you who anyone was. This isn't going to deter my family from eating at Wendy's this time but differently will not be returning to the location again unless I stop at the local hospital for a tetanus shot first.

Hard to find baked potatos anymore. This isn't the only store either.Walked out before ordering something different. Maybe if enough people do they'll start making more lol.There's not too many things that you can get from a fast food place that actually does you right. Wendy's has it right with the baked potato but they never have enough.

They were quick as heck, while busy, and managed to miss a sandwich. THAT WASN'T A PROBLEM THOUGH because I walked in, stated what the issue was and they made it straight away. Added all of like... 2 minutes to our trip. Great experience and great cooks on that line.

For a period of time in the last year, Wendy's was making sure their fries were hot, crispy and delicious. However, the last few times I have been through this drive-through, they were cold, had very little salt and they tasted awful... like the oil used to cook them was old. The hamburger buns are also seem stale and the burgers are not hot. So disappointed. I had already quit going to McDonald's years ago and more recently Burger King because of sub-par food. Guess Wendy's will be on that list as well.

By far the worst Wendy's, I travel for work and take the chance occasionally here and still gets worse. If there isn't spicy nuggets take them off the menu and please try cooking the food first.
