For a period of time in the last year, Wendy's was making sure their fries were hot, crispy and delicious. However, the last few times I have been through this drive-through, they were cold, had very little salt and they tasted awful... like the oil used to cook them was old. The hamburger buns are also seem stale and the burgers are not hot. So disappointed. I had already quit going to McDonald's years ago and more recently Burger King because of sub-par food. One of my favorite fast food places! (And I mean that about every Wendy's not just this one in particular) Also, if you haven't gotten into Wendy's rewards system (mobile app), I suggest you do because it offers some really good deals and lots of money saving opportunities. Also, the biggie bags are a great value deal!No, I do not work for Wendy's nor am I employed by them in any way, just want to share some tips and tricks!

I asked for a strawberry salad with no meat and explained that it was for a vegetarian. After consulting with the manager for 5 minutes, he came back and totally forgot that I was in the middle of ordering. After that, they put crumbled bacon on the salad anyway. Second time asking for no meat only to get bacon on the salad. FYI: Bacon is not a vegetable!Vegetarian options: Specify in detail when ordering and remind them that bacon is not a vegetable.
