“Ok we heard about this place near us and that it had taken the place of two concepts that didn’t last long. Everything we heard from friends and online was effusive in its praise, but all that didn’t do it justice. My wife and I had dinner there for the first time tonight with my parents and everything about the experience was outstanding. I love the new decor, they made a big space cozy. “My girlfriend and I tried Build-A-Burger today for our first time. I tried the Big Smash, she had a hot dog, and we split a large cheese fry. The burger was cooked perfectly, and they have a nice variety of toppings to go with it. They fry’s were done to perfection with the right amount of crisp, and they had a generous amount of cheese on them. I did not try the hot dog, but she enjoyed it very much. It was all made to order, so allow yourself 5-10 minutes to be served. I highly encourage anyone looking for a good hand crafted burger to give them your business. Support local and help out the little guys! The Beaver Valley Mall does not have much to offer, but this is a great addition!“

“The place looks like it has been renovated and looks great. It is a smoking bar. Drinks were inexpensive and cold. I tried the Ham Club and my wife got the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both came with their seasoned fries. They were very delicious and hot. Would recommend if you don't mind the smoke.“

I've been coming here for years and it's always a friendly and amazing place.Parking: My grandparents usually have trouble walking so we usually take a handicap spot. It's easy access for them to get to the building without straining themselves. A really good parking.“

“We are an army family so we were shocked to find that the food here was actually way better than what we just were getting near Fort Bragg, NC. “My third time visiting the Cranberry location, and again it didn't disappoint. It's still unfortunate that the Ross Park Mall location closed making this the closest, and after biking on a warm February day I was in the mood to undo my progress with a burger and fries. I showed up around 5pm after placing a mobile order, but was worried since it took me a bit to get there due to traffic and distance. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, medium Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake (a classic combination!) so of course I didn't want it to be sitting there at room temp when I arrived.Thankfully they still make a decent amount of it when you get there to ensure freshness! As soon as I announced I was there for an online order some of the crew prepped the milkshake and put together a new batch of fries while I waited at the pickup table. After a few minutes I had everything and sat down, noticing how clean and organized the restaurant was. This isn't your typical McDonald's with sticky floors and debris everywhere. All seats were pushed in, the floor and table tops were clear of messes, and a young worker spent most of the time I was there going around emptying trash cans and tidying up. Most fast food joints neglect that due to having everyone hurriedly filling orders at the drive through and being understaffed. A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time.I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from! Plus all the signs around the restaurant touting news articles mentioning the popularity of Five Guys. It all just stands out from the drab gray appearances of remodeled modern fast food places. I'd say my only gripes were the cost, it does tend to be notably higher here than the competition. And me always forgetting to order the small fries, you get plenty with that and half of them overflow the cup and are in the bag, haha!“

“In terms of fast food, this is definitely one of the best chains! I love their burgers and their Cajun fries! Even their hot dogs are good! I have never had a bad experience at this particular location! All the employees are very nice! I'm also impressed with how clean they keep the inside as well!“

“My friend and I go to Applebee's often. I like the many different big screen TVs that show different sports on different TVs simultaneously. I always get the appetizer Won Ton tacos ? as a meal, and my friend gets the sizzling steak that is served in a hot pan. He says the steak stays hot the entire meal. He always buys onion rings as an appetizer. They are crisp, hot, and delicious ?“

“Good food at a reasonable price in an environment where that's rare. I didn't have much expectations of an airport cheese steak but my hopes were raised a bit when I saw my sandwich was being prepared fresh on a flattop grill, the end product was pretty darn good. All in all, a nice pleasant surprise.“

“We got this for the first time over the weekend. We got it to go. The fries are so good I couldn't stop eating them. They dump the extra they make in the bag so it was full of fries. So many we couldn't eat half of them. The burgers are really good too. You pick your toppings. I got a little cheese burger, which idk why their called Little when it's regular size. It was really tasty. I'm not a huge burger fan but I am of theirs now. They make them while you wait so you know their frsh. My dog had a $6 jot dog, no bun. He enjoyed it. Wanted more.So yea a bit pricey but we'll worth it. We spent $46 for 2 ppl and the hot dog. 2 burger and 2 fries. Give it a try if your in the burger mood.Parking: Parking iffy. “Our first time eating here. I pass this place almost daily. Originally seven years ago I came in with my 6 year old Grandson for a 6 pm dinner. I left without ordering - seemed too much a bar and less of a restaurant at that time near the weekend. This time without grandkids on a Monday at 6 pm - perfect time to try out the food. Seems other families were also here. We ordered a lemon drop and Espressotini. The Lemon drop martini was excellent. Unfortunately they couldn't make an Espressotini. So I settled on a red appletini, it was perfect. We then ordered fried ravioli, 6 wings and a blackened burger well done. First the ravioli and wings were excellent. Please note cooking a well done burger that is not burnt or dry is not rocket science - fast food places do it all day long. However for some reason it's hard to find a juicy, well done, burger that is not charred, outside of a fast food joint. This place provided me the perfect 3/4 inch thick burger patty that was perfectly spiced, juicy, uncharred and the perfect well done. Seriously it was perfect. The fries were also excellent. The service was both fast and attentive. Prices were also reasonable. We will definitely be back.“

“I placed an order through a delivery service and unfortunately - the driver forgot part of the order. I called and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. They made a fresh meal for me, no questions asked. They didn’t have to-this wasn’t their fault. But they went above and beyond to make sure my meal was made and that I had a great experience. “I attended a R2L meeting here and the large lower meeting room was great. While there are always some quirks to work out the first time at a new location, everyone I spoke with was satisfied. We had about 40 people in attendance and the facilities worked out fine.“

“Parking: Husband broke his back and on a walker, he has a handicap sticker for the car and we were able to park by the door. I was hoping he didn't have to go up stairs, but they put us in a booth where he had to go up a couple of steps. Otherwise dinner was delicious.“

“It's not called Bobby D's anymore. It's JD's Place. The food is amazing, the staff is great and it is very affordable. One of the owners, Danny, is one of my favorite people to see. He genuinely cares about his customers. They have booths and tables on one side of the restaurant and then a bar and tables on the other side separated by a wall so not to disturb families. This place is for everybody! I would give it a 10 star review if I could!!!! You have to try the pot stickers and pepperoni rolls!!!“

“Not a big fan of McDonald’s food but every so often I will stop by usually through the drive through window which also they’re supposed to be serving up hot meals but by the time you do get my food it’s not. After the cost of food is climbing it’s more reasons to just’a stay home and eat. Fast foods aren’t my delicacy anyways!“

“I stopped for dinner after a long day of errands with my husband, toddler, and newborn. It was nice that the dining room was not really crowded. We were greeted promptly and with so much friendliness. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) who took our order was very nice, interacted with us and our daughters. “This place went downhill fast. We were the only people there. Waited over an hour for a cheeseburger which I never received. The food we did receive fries/wings were so overcooked bland and tasteless. If you like the taste of burnt food you would love it. Floors were a mess. Bugs crawling around the dining area. Bathrooms disgusting and out of soap. Ended up leaving and throwing away what we did get as we all soon started to feel ill. The manager did refund my cheeseburger and gave a $25 gift certificate, but after the experience we had we will not be going back.“

Per the menu and word of mouth, you can gather a pizza to cook at home, so we decided to get sandwiches and order a pizza to take home and cook for later.The waitress informed us that they only sell them by the slice, so we ordered a few slices.Bad move. The pizza was already cooked (which makes sense because how are you going to get a slice not cooked) so warmong it just made the crust extra extra crispy.... yuck. “Stopped here to get my daughter chicken nuggets which we rarely do but I was rushing and I’m glad I stopped here today. The young man who rung me up and took my order was so pleasant and kind that it restored my faith in humanity. After having a bad experience at my vets and Starbucks prior to that altercation where all the staff was unpleasant unkind and looking for reasons to be cruel. The person who had no reason to be kind and happy and pleasant at his job was the only one who was. My one year old also loved her nuggets. Thank you for making my day better.“

I gave a four star because the salads and wings had far too much sauce and dressing, flooding the plates and overwhelming the flavor of everything. Next time, we'll ask for the dressing on the side! However, when we complained, they offered to replace everything and even took some items off the bill.“

“This was simply delectable. What an amazing time with amazing people. The price was great, the portions were even better. My friend had the lemon pepper was really good and I got the hot honey garlic. Honestly did not really taste a lot of garlic in there and it was really spicy not going to lie. Regardless I loved it. I had about 20 wings and I'd happily eat more. Storefront is cute, I liked it and front of house was very nice and helpful.“
