“I attended a R2L meeting here and the large lower meeting room was great. While there are always some quirks to work out the first time at a new location, everyone I spoke with was satisfied. We had about 40 people in attendance and the facilities worked out fine.“

“Customer service was great, I went through the drive thru & the gentleman that took my order was very polite, courteous, professional, when I got to the window to pay, the dude was a highschool kid. I was impressed! 'he ruled' ! Food was hot. I don't go to fast food places too often because of attitudes & food not fresh. If you prefer Burger King, & I do, you'll want to go to the one in Baden.“

“By far the best McDonald's that I've ever been to. Also the only fast food place in the area that I didn't have a single issue with. The place is always clean, plenty of seating, quiet, fast, and accurate. The staff is friendly and don't have an attitude about doing what their job entails. They even have little mints with the napkins for customers, I thought that was pretty cool since I've never seen it at a McDonald's before.Parking: There isn't necessarily plenty of parking, but it also wasn't hard to find a parking spot. It's in a plaza so even if there wasn't parking right at the building, there's still free parking.“

“My girlfriend and I are recent regulars. It has quickly become our favorite brunch spot in Pittsburgh. The food is consistently amazing but what ultimately keeps us coming back are the people. They truly care about their customers and they quickly feel like a second family. I wish I could give this place more stars.“

“Ok we heard about this place near us and that it had taken the place of two concepts that didn’t last long. Everything we heard from friends and online was effusive in its praise, but all that didn’t do it justice. My wife and I had dinner there for the first time tonight with my parents and everything about the experience was outstanding. I love the new decor, they made a big space cozy. The food was authentic and delicious. Big portions. The service was excellent. Our server Bri was super friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been there yet give it a go. “The place looks like it has been renovated and looks great. It is a smoking bar. Drinks were inexpensive and cold. I tried the Ham Club and my wife got the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both came with their seasoned fries. They were very delicious and hot. Would recommend if you don't mind the smoke.“

“My girlfriend and I tried Build-A-Burger today for our first time. I tried the Big Smash, she had a hot dog, and we split a large cheese fry. The burger was cooked perfectly, and they have a nice variety of toppings to go with it. They fry’s were done to perfection with the right amount of crisp, and they had a generous amount of cheese on them. I did not try the hot dog, but she enjoyed it very much. It was all made to order, so allow yourself 5-10 minutes to be served. I highly encourage anyone looking for a good hand crafted burger to give them your business. Support local and help out the little guys! The Beaver Valley Mall does not have much to offer, but this is a great addition!“

“I love the Waygu burgers here. I always build my own. The habanero jelly is great as are the bbq beans as a side. I do wish they’d bring back the Diablo sauce. Lou was a great server. Had a calming presence about them. Cold brew milk shake was awesome.“

“My third time visiting the Cranberry location, and again it didn't disappoint. It's still unfortunate that the Ross Park Mall location closed making this the closest, and after biking on a warm February day I was in the mood to undo my progress with a burger and fries. I showed up around 5pm after placing a mobile order, but was worried since it took me a bit to get there due to traffic and distance. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, medium Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake (a classic combination!) so of course I didn't want it to be sitting there at room temp when I arrived.Thankfully they still make a decent amount of it when you get there to ensure freshness! As soon as I announced I was there for an online order some of the crew prepped the milkshake and put together a new batch of fries while I waited at the pickup table. After a few minutes I had everything and sat down, noticing how clean and organized the restaurant was. This isn't your typical McDonald's with sticky floors and debris everywhere. All seats were pushed in, the floor and table tops were clear of messes, and a young worker spent most of the time I was there going around emptying trash cans and tidying up. Most fast food joints neglect that due to having everyone hurriedly filling orders at the drive through and being understaffed. A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time.I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from! Plus all the signs around the restaurant touting news articles mentioning the popularity of Five Guys. It all just stands out from the drab gray appearances of remodeled modern fast food places. I'd say my only gripes were the cost, it does tend to be notably higher here than the competition. And me always forgetting to order the small fries, you get plenty with that and half of them overflow the cup and are in the bag, haha!“

“We are an army family so we were shocked to find that the food here was actually way better than what we just were getting near Fort Bragg, NC. I got the BBC burger and Shine on Tap and that spicy pickle back did not disappoint!! My husband love wings and yours were amazing he said. The hushpuppies you definitely need to keep on the menu. We’ll be back for sure!“

“We enjoyed the meal, but had to stand in line for quite a while to be seated at a table because of having 5 in our party (two of us using canes). The atmosphere was pleasant & not too loud. Our meals were very good and of generous portion sizes. “We got this for the first time over the weekend. We got it to go. The fries are so good I couldn't stop eating them. They dump the extra they make in the bag so it was full of fries. So many we couldn't eat half of them. The burgers are really good too. You pick your toppings. I got a little cheese burger, which idk why their called Little when it's regular size. It was really tasty. I'm not a huge burger fan but I am of theirs now. They make them while you wait so you know their frsh. My dog had a $6 jot dog, no bun. He enjoyed it. Wanted more.So yea a bit pricey but we'll worth it. We spent $46 for 2 ppl and the hot dog. 2 burger and 2 fries. Give it a try if your in the burger mood.Parking: Parking iffy. You can find a place but it might not be in front.“

“Good food at a reasonable price in an environment where that's rare. I didn't have much expectations of an airport cheese steak but my hopes were raised a bit when I saw my sandwich was being prepared fresh on a flattop grill, the end product was pretty darn good. All in all, a nice pleasant surprise.“

“Our first time eating here. I pass this place almost daily. Originally seven years ago I came in with my 6 year old Grandson for a 6 pm dinner. I left without ordering - seemed too much a bar and less of a restaurant at that time near the weekend. This time without grandkids on a Monday at 6 pm - perfect time to try out the food. Seems other families were also here. We ordered a lemon drop and Espressotini. The Lemon drop martini was excellent. Unfortunately they couldn't make an Espressotini. So I settled on a red appletini, it was perfect. We then ordered fried ravioli, 6 wings and a blackened burger well done. First the ravioli and wings were excellent. Please note cooking a well done burger that is not burnt or dry is not rocket science - fast food places do it all day long. However for some reason it's hard to find a juicy, well done, burger that is not charred, outside of a fast food joint. This place provided me the perfect 3/4 inch thick burger patty that was perfectly spiced, juicy, uncharred and the perfect well done. Seriously it was perfect. The fries were also excellent. The service was both fast and attentive. Prices were also reasonable. We will definitely be back.“

“We get birthday cakes here multiple times a year for everyone in our family, they never disappoint! Their royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard is to die for!!!! We also enjoy their vanilla soft serve dipped in chocolate.Kid-friendliness: What ice cream place isn't kid friendly? Lol“

“I ordered last night at 10:30pm. The kid that took my order was so pleasant, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said he was new, but he was wonderful to talk to! I haven’t heard manners like that for a while. I know everyone is busy and understaffed. This person took the time with my order and could not have been any nicer. Great job!!!! Thank you. BTW, our pizzas were perfect!!!“

“I love this place! I stop here every time I travel to or from Pittsburgh Airport. They have the best Rosemary French fry sticks. The atmosphere is a relaxed vibe and the staff is friendly. We need more places of Chef Symons in Youngstown and “

“Not a big fan of McDonald’s food but every so often I will stop by usually through the drive through window which also they’re supposed to be serving up hot meals but by the time you do get my food it’s not. After the cost of food is climbing it’s more reasons to just’a stay home and eat. Fast foods aren’t my delicacy anyways!“

“This place went downhill fast. We were the only people there. Waited over an hour for a cheeseburger which I never received. The food we did receive fries/wings were so overcooked bland and tasteless. If you like the taste of burnt food you would love it. Floors were a mess. Bugs crawling around the dining area. Bathrooms disgusting and out of soap. Ended up leaving and throwing away what we did get as we all soon started to feel ill. The manager did refund my cheeseburger and gave a $25 gift certificate, but after the experience we had we will not be going back.“

“Stopped here to get my daughter chicken nuggets which we rarely do but I was rushing and I’m glad I stopped here today. The young man who rung me up and took my order was so pleasant and kind that it restored my faith in humanity. After having a bad experience at my vets and Starbucks prior to that altercation where all the staff was unpleasant unkind and looking for reasons to be cruel. The person who had no reason to be kind and happy and pleasant at his job was the only one who was. My one year old also loved her nuggets. Thank you for making my day better.“

“I stopped for dinner after a long day of errands with my husband, toddler, and newborn. It was nice that the dining room was not really crowded. We were greeted promptly and with so much friendliness. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) who took our order was very nice, interacted with us and our daughters. It made the experience so nice. Our food was ready before we were done filling up our drinks. It's nice to have a great relaxing experience eating dinner (especially with kids) even if it is just at a fast food joint!“

“First time eating here. Per the menu and word of mouth, you can gather a pizza to cook at home, so we decided to get sandwiches and order a pizza to take home and cook for later.The waitress informed us that they only sell them by the slice, so we ordered a few slices.Bad move. The pizza was already cooked (which makes sense because how are you going to get a slice not cooked) so warmong it just made the crust extra extra crispy.... yuck. Anyway, the sandwiches were awesome and the homemade chips were excellent!!!! We will go again and try pizza fresh?“

“The service was very good and the atmosphere was ok. I gave a four star because the salads and wings had far too much sauce and dressing, flooding the plates and overwhelming the flavor of everything. Next time, we'll ask for the dressing on the side! However, when we complained, they offered to replace everything and even took some items off the bill.“

“This was simply delectable. What an amazing time with amazing people. The price was great, the portions were even better. My friend had the lemon pepper was really good and I got the hot honey garlic. Honestly did not really taste a lot of garlic in there and it was really spicy not going to lie. Regardless I loved it. I had about 20 wings and I'd happily eat more. Storefront is cute, I liked it and front of house was very nice and helpful.“

“We don't normally do ice cream out, but it had been a while and onna last moment jerk of the wheel, there we were... happily gazing over the menu of goodies that nobody needs but everybody wants.We had a late lunch coupled with ice cream.Sometimes soft serve with chocolate syrup, brownie and Oreo just hits the spot.“
