Never had a problem at this location. I usually order a burger and a few sliders and it is always ready in a couple of minutes. Always feel fine after eating the food and the staff is polite.

Very clean, fast and well made. 2024 update, same great service. Devante was great, always moving cleaning and stocking. Another associate met a senor customer with their food. Very customer focused. Still 5 stars

The reason for the low score is that I went to Arby's and ordered a brisket sandwich as did my wife, we ate it as we got home and now we are fighting for our lives in the bathroom vomiting and diarrhea, we did not eat anything all day and this was the only thing we ate today (7/30/24) this is serious food poisoning, I'll be taking this to the highest level of legal action I possibly can, I've had food poisoning before and this us downright horrible, worse case I've ever had. People stay away from this location to avoid ending up like me.

Drive-thru shut down 30mins prior to closing. Not the 1st time this happened. Says 10 pm on the door every day of the week & online. Called corporate & they said it should be open till 10pm. They do have staff & people sitting inside with children eating & they are blasting "because I got high" -by Afroman. This is horrible.

Went to use an online app deal for the last day of a sales event and conveniently this particular Arby's had online ordering turned off (was the only one for over 50 miles) store wasn't busy from outside appearance either. Good job protecting those margins. Let me guess, corporate is slow to reimburse.

First off we go through the drive thru on 03/04/24 at 9:08pm, when we get done placing our order the speaker automatically says that the location is closed for the night. We pull up to the window to pay for our food and I politely ask the employee are you closed? She replied with “yes soon”. I pointed out that the sticker in front of her face on the drive thru window indicates they are open 10am-10pm. The employee then says nothing and closes the window. When handed our soda we ordered and paid for it was only filled half way. When we were asked to pull ahead the young lady that brought out our order was kind and told us to have a good night. Over all our experience at this location was awful, and we will never return again!

Get ready for an un-necessary wait, not in line, out in the parking lot. This is no longer "fast" food. Food was fine, just a long wait for some curly fries and 2 chicken orders.

Lehighton location - Serious employee hygiene issues at this location. These people should not be touching food - noticed black dirt in finger nails, cat hair on clothes, no hand protection or head wear. DISGUSTING!

Went to drive thru at Lehighton location, Sunday Jan.14.around 2:40 p.m...had to ask employee to repeat numerous times as we couldn't hear or understand what he was saying...he repeated but never spoke louder for us to hear better. When getting the food he did not greet us at all and just handed the bag n drink without a Thank you, have a nice day, there you go...nothing, just looked at us with an obvious look of not liking his job For Sure!!! We had to ask if that is everything, he said yea..such a miserable young blonde boy...maybe he was having a bad day but he should be professional at work, if he can't handle it then retail is probably not a good pick for him! Will not be chosing Arby's anytime soon.?

We hadn’t been to an Arby’s in a long time, since we come from out of state. We were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we were very, very disappointed. The cashier, though very nice, did not seem to understand the menu at all! The way she was explaining the specials was very confusing. Not being sure of herself, she proceeded to ask another employee, who may have been the manager, I’m not sure, and she seemed very annoyed, and not helpful at all. In order to get the two for seven, you had to get at least one of the exact sandwiches. And I mean exact, cheese, sauce, and everything. It definitely is not a Burger King, "Have it your way ". We chose not to get the special, and asked for Swiss cheese instead on my roast beef sandwich. What I got was a so-called processed Swiss cheese, as I was later informed, which looked and tasted like American white cheese, and it wasn’t even melted! I was also told that, since I was ordering a special sandwich, that I would be getting an onion roll. Never got the onion roll, it was a plain sesame seed roll! Fries were cold. Just to be polite, I offered an FYI to the cashier on my way out, who still seem confused about the whole menu. As a result I think my husband and I are done going to any kind of Arbys, in any other state!
