Absolutely horrible. Asked for a number 2( plain roast beef sandwhich). The young guy in the drive through decided to put it in as whatever he wanted, which was cheddar roast beef, not only that HONEY MUSTARD was also added to bottom bun. Not even close to what I ordered. You would think that for 15 dollars you can atleast get two simple sandwiches you ordered.

My daughter went in to order a slider meal. When she asked for a slider meal Christina told her the sliders don't come as a meal just a slider. (The kids meals give the option for a slider meal.) The lady only gave her a slider. When I went to try to fix the problem the lady told me my daughter is lieing and because my daughter didn't specifically say she wanted a KIDS meal she would not give it to her. This is absolutely ridiculous. We come here all the time and have never had an issue. But we will not be returning if we see Christina working!

We like Arby’s. Family tradition. Using the app is the way to go. We order and pick up but eat in the restaurant if it is not busy.
Cashier told us that there were No sodas available due to no carbonation,but also they should have marked the soda fountain accordingly. Service was very slow, ketchup pumps on the condiment stand were empty as were the napkins. Looked like they were very understaffed also.

The food here is the freshest and they always get it right. Come to think of it, I haven’t even written a negative review of an Arby’s location. This franchise really doesn’t get the credit it deserves.
Waited in line to be helped. The girl kept looking at me but instead kept talking about her personal life instead of helping me. Took my business somewhere.
