The employees either don’t understand what your saying , forget something or mess something up everytime like today when I asked for no mustard and instead I go nothing on my burger at all and they forgot a item .

I ordered 2, 8 piece chicken fries and a 12 piece mozzarella fry with marinara and ranch. I got no sauce and I got churro fries instead of mozzarella fries.

Food was ok. Night staff attitudes are crazy. I get people are rude but don't take it out on a good customer.

Got morticia meal, first time they didn’t even give me one it was just regular
The second time it was insanely stale, and they were out of the Adams family shake
Third time I have up on the morticia meal and just asked for the shake. “We’re out” yeah so am I. Bye Burger King you’re dead to me
“At Bk have it your way” more like have it anything but your way
Update* came again and take a guess- You’re right! It was “sold out” again 🤣

One of the good place for quick bite around Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania area. Place is clean, friendly staffs, quick service, wait time is less than 5 minutes. Place is kids friendly. Plenty of parking spaces available. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Only drive through is 24 hours, dine in is not 24 hours.
