Lately the iced lattes have not been good in the morning at all hardly any espresso just tastes like sugared milk I also get flavoring which I cannot taste at all. If I go in the evening it tastes like there’s espresso and the flavor swirls/shots. The hashbrowns are usually cold and soggy. Usually the employees are nice.

People think their parking lot is a racetrack.

This is an average Dunkin'. Hug in a Mug down the road beats Dunkin' in terms of quality, price, service, and atmosphere.

Good, solid, normal Dunkin

It was more about the very kind human who purchased for me the orange cup I was admiring. I was fretting about having to make people wait while I went to my car for more money, when this young stranger stepped up and quietly paid the cashier. How very humbled I felt. Whoever you are, you have restored my faith in humanity. And to keep your kindness alive, I paid it forward. Oh, and Dunkin Donuts, thanks for being there at just the right time. And location. Lol. Your breakfast sandwiches are the bomb! Finally, to the nice woman who was at the register, thank you for your patience with me. It meant more to me than you'll ever know.

The manager is so RUDE!!! They messed up our order which is not the problem it was very busy but when I went in to go get it fixed she said that “ I get it when I get it “ after I already waited a long time and I had somewhere to be. She was also very rude to the other customers in there. I do understand that is was very busy and that could be frustrating but you shouldn’t take that out on paying customers

It's pretty good as far as Dunkin' goes. I have been here a number of times and will be back. The food is good a majority of the time, the staff is friendly, but there are 1 or 2 of them that sometimes look lost. They keep the shop clean too. Gets crazy packed in the mornings.

I've been going here almost everyday since I moved, it's my go to and it's convenient since it's on my daily commute to Philly, food is decent, not really a fan of how things are made and put in a heating tray, and then for things to still be cold. The place itself is great and so are the people, one guy who i forget to catch his name everything who helps prep the food always calls me out by my name and it give that personal feeling that is lacked in other places. Today 12/3 was a bit of a let down, not because of the food...but because of the coffee, a gentleman made me my usual and unfortunately I gave it back and asked if I can have more coffee in it since it tasted like water down milk and he gave me a cup ton pour in...that didn't fix it unfortunately and I asked for it to be made again and he gladly did, still tasted like water down milk I didn't say anything and just took my lose and threw it away, oh well. Aside from that great place, great people, stop on in.

This Dunkin certainly measures up to the standard when considering the coffee, food, service... However, the parking is worse than I have ever seen!

Ever heard the phrase: fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me? Well, shame on me for continuing to go to this Dunkin. This tiny location is on an already busy road at a busy intersection, creating all sort of traffic issues. The parking lot is minuscule and in staggeringly poor condition. The building itself looks to be in fair to poor condition, and it was dirty inside with peeling floor stickers and ragged stools. Restaurant staff is a revolving door of new faces, likely because management can’t keep people working in these conditions for the pay offered. Ordering ahead won’t matter, you will still wait, and they will never call your name or order (they didn’t call a single name or order for a mobile order while I was there). I watched staff outright ignore a woman trying to get their attention until she resorted to yelling across the counter. Multiple times I’ve gotten incorrect or incomplete orders. I had plenty of time to take in the atmosphere, too, watching order after order get called before I caught a glimpse of them putting my sandwich bag and coffee on the mobile order tray. I ordered ahead and roughly 20-25 minutes later, my food and coffee were ready. Save yourself the frustration and drive up to The Perch in Jim Thorpe.

Also- there is no drive through at this location. I think I saw a review that mentions a drive through. It doesn’t exist. You order ahead or you order in the restaurant, and then you stand inside and wait.

Horrid place. Donuts are OK but the employees are terribly lacking. Last time I was there all but the cook were outside smoking while I waited. One guy came in and went straight back to work without washing his hands.
Then the cook dropped food on the floor, picked it up, yeah he threw it away but kept cooking with his now grubby hands.
Today I was in line, felt the need to vomit and went to the bathroom. Locked. I said (standing 5 feet from her) “I’m going to vomit, may I have the key?” Manager doesn’t even look at me “I’m with a customer”. I say “I don’t want to vomit on the floor”. She says “you have to wait a minute”. Her donut selling power went to her head I guess. All the employees seem to struggle a bit. I love donuts but I won’t go back to this dirty, poorly run establishment .
