Best Dunkin' I've ever been too, period. I've grown up with a Dunkin right down the street my whole life. Each one has had its own personal charm but this one really makes you feel like you're at a chill coffee shop. And it's all about the experience. The food is great. The drinks are great. The staff is nothing but helpful, friendly and inviting. It's a good time. The wait time to get your order is virtually non-existent. Best Dunkin' ever. 11 out of 10. Let's talk about how Evan gave the best dunkin' donuts, experience ever! I have been drinking dunkin donuts for 15 years and never received the experience I had today. Evan went above and beyond what was expected at your typical dunkin' donuts. We were greeted with a smile, he was friendly, informative and made sure our taste buds were satisfied. I had asked if there had been any frozen pumpkin drinks, and he said, no, but he would gladly make me something similar to the description I gave him. He even wrote down how I could order this item at another dunking donuts to continue in purchasing through the fall season. He is the ultimate example of what great customer service is. Very disappointing experience. I ordered an espresso, but their espresso machine wasn’t working. Instead of offering a refund or an alternative, the staff just left me with nothing. It’s unacceptable for a coffee shop to have a broken machine and then refuse to refund customers. Poor service, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

No free wifi in a coffee shop!? What in the world? It's 2025. Every other dunkins across the east offers free wifi. And I came in with a backpack, sweaty from my run. And everyone looked at me and treated me like I was too sweaty to be there. Very strange location

If you want food from here, look forward to it being messed up. They’ve never gotten my order right. Just ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a non toasted croissant and they gave me a toasted croissant with bacon egg and cheese. The receipt even says sausage and not toasted.
These people legit can never get my order correct, every single time I make the mistake of ordering here for convenience only to end up having to go elsewhere and reorder my food

Lately the iced lattes have not been good in the morning at all hardly any espresso just tastes like sugared milk I also get flavoring which I cannot taste at all. If I go in the evening it tastes like there’s espresso and the flavor swirls/shots. The hashbrowns are usually cold and soggy. Usually the employees are nice.
