It was more about the very kind human who purchased for me the orange cup I was admiring. I was fretting about having to make people wait while I went to my car for more money, when this young stranger stepped up and quietly paid the cashier. How very humbled I felt. The manager is so RUDE!!! They messed up our order which is not the problem it was very busy but when I went in to go get it fixed she said that “ I get it when I get it “ after I already waited a long time and I had somewhere to be. She was also very rude to the other customers in there. I do understand that is was very busy and that could be frustrating but you shouldn’t take that out on paying customers
It's pretty good as far as Dunkin' goes. I have been here a number of times and will be back. The food is good a majority of the time, the staff is friendly, but there are 1 or 2 of them that sometimes look lost. They keep the shop clean too. Gets crazy packed in the mornings.
