I really wish the McDonald's in Lehighton PA wasn't so freaking disgusting!! It's right next to my job and being able to grab lunch quick and actually enjoy it would be great. I literally just threw out my whole lunch and will not get to eat until after work 🤢🤢🤬

I order from this McDonald’s quite often and usually never have an issue. There was a mix up with my order and was told it was canceled but never got the email. I called and spoke to Wanda and she was super nice, understanding, and helpful. She replaced my order for me. Great customer service from her!!

McDonald's used to be the place to go when you want fast food at a value price.. three breakfast sandwiches 3 hash browns and three coffees should not cost $30.. for that same price I can go to my local diner and support local business and get more food.. and my tips go directly to a local worker. Without feeling like I'm eating out of jail. With the way everything is now sanitized commercial sleek and boring designs. Gone was the playgrounds. And the fun characters that I would bring my kids to..

Ordered 2 Mcdoubles and asked them to not put ketchup but add mayo. They charged 69 cents for adding mayo. As a small business owner for 25 years my opinion of this is when you do this they are basically telling people to go to the nearby Burger King or Wendy's. Glad I don't eat fast food very often. Home cooked food tastes better & less toxic.

Just went through the drive thru August 9th at 9.30. Ordered 20 chicken McNuggets with bbq sauce and honey mustard. We had to pull in a space and wait for our order . She brought it out and I said so our sauces are in there. She said yes. Get home not one sauce . Awful . One job to do . Cannot do it

Came here today 7/10/2024 at roughly 1210pm. Some lady in front of me used to work there and kept talking to the cashier (Spanish employee with a tattoo around his wrist) gossiping about old times while I’m on my break waiting to order my food next! (30 minutes is not long!) after she ordered and they finally finished their conversation he walked away from me knowing that I been waiting patiently for my turn to order. If that’s not rude and inconsiderate! Personally I think he did it intentionally cause he saw I was getting frustrated with them chit chatting! Thankfully a younger kid came to take my order. The Spanish guy was no help I guess customers don’t matter here we’re invisible

This used to be the best Mcdonald's in carbon county, now it's the worst. The service is terrible, whether it's the 40min wait for something as simple as a 10pc McNugget or the constant messing up of your order. The food never seems to taste fresh even if you go right when they open or just switch to lunch. The kiosks inside are almost always out of paper and never give you the option to pay at the counter unless you let the order timeout. All in all, it is just the worst mcdonald's in our area. I recommend you try Nesquehoning instead.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal that was served with expiration stickers attached to my cheese. First and last time I will ever order from here again.

Terrible attitude on the person in the drive thru. She Makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her. Sandwiches were sloppy and thrown into their containers with massive amounts of mayonnaise and an exuberant amount of lettuce. They should have provided us with a fork to eat it. The drinks were topped to the lid with ice (there is lines on the cup indicating where to fill with ice). This McDonald’s exemplifies why fast food workers do NOT deserve more than $7.50/hour.
