I’ve been here couple times last couple months Food was amazing nice and warm wings wasn’t fully cooked but other then that good and service was great I had Alyssa 3 times now shes fast and always got a smile on her face very patient with each person.made mine and my kids stay a lot better.They are always busy and food takes a while so wouldn’t order if in a rush .

Every time we order from this place the food takes forever. If we order on door dash the dashers end up leaving because they wait so long for the food. It’s sad it use to be a good place to get food. Not anymore….
Extremely dirty floors. Dirt and crumbs everywhere. I would have been very reluctant to eat anything. Waitress took our water orders and then never came back for our pizza order. So we just left.

Dined in and all tables were dirty and they weren't busy at all ...workers all laughing and talking and the floor was dirty ..I'll never go back!

The salad bar was empty of most of the toppings. 3 couples came in after us and got their food before us. Waitresses had no clue and very disorganized. Everyone in the place wound up leaving prior to us. They should do orders as placed and not make people wait after others get their food. Will never go there again.

I placed a carryout order for 1 large plain, pan pizza for my son. When on the website ordering it showed 15 minutes. Once I actually checked out, our estimated carryout time was now 44 minutes. We arrived around the 50 minute mark. Our pizza was not ready and they were saying they didnt even have the order until my husband pulled out the confirmation email. They were then going to start it but we were still orders behind. At this point, it had been over an hour and we didnt have the additional time to wait. We ended up leaving with no pizza and wasted gas and time driving over there. There wasnt even an offer to try to smooth anything over. Poor business and time management at this establishment. This was not our first time that we have waited well over an hour for an order. I rarely order from here because of this reason.

Set order for a specific time, order took an additional 20 minutes to be ready upon arrival. Several other people there all waiting and having the same issue. For some reason, only one entrance door to the restaurant, so dine in customers have to walk through the already small and cramped space for people waiting for their orders. Very disorganized. Woman at counter not checking with people as they came in the door to see if they placed an order or if they were for dine in. Very disorganized. Also, for some reason, dine in customers were being directed to pay at the register in the same area where everyone was waiting for their orders. Again, very disorganized. Not a great experience. That being said, the food was good, however not worth the wait and disorganized atmosphere.

Axel was amazing he speaks Spanish and I saw him doing his thing he was pushing peoples orders out flawlessly and Alisah was awsome she was handling the front and also greeting making sure people at the tables didn't wait for nothing. They are an amazing team, they both definitely need a raise, for as young as they are they have alot of potential be proud of them Pizza Hut

Closed early because of emergency
Worst pizza ever had. Called 7:08 got it 8:30. Dried up, overcooked, crust hard as a rock. Ask for 2 sets utensils red peppers got neither one just a spoon. Wife had to repeat debit card 6 times. I'm from out of town. Our pizza hut is very good, this was the worst.

Ordered for delivery 1 dinner box and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Order total was $44, for the record the driver was given $55. Received the food but no 2 liter. When we called to let them know they forgot it they blamed it on the DoorDash driver and told me if I wanted the 2 liter I’d have to pick it up. The problem is I didn’t use DoorDash to order, I called the store, and I ordered for delivery. The manager of this business was extremely rude and acknowledged that I paid for the item but it’s not their problem that it didn’t get delivered. So to recap, it’s supposed to be my responsibility to take care of someone else’s mistake because someone forgot my drink? I think my company and I will find a new place to order food from.
DO NOT and I do mean DO NOT go to this location!!!!! I ordered online and the total was 31.30, we was charged $31.30 I wake up the next day to the total being updated and they charged me more! I'm guessing they charge tips to people who don't add it, and that is theft I spent 2 hours on hold trying to reach someone and NO one will help me, so im going to reach out to corporate and see if I can get this escalated. Might be a few bucks but I wonder how many other people they done this to.
