The store was very busy when we got there with people waiting for their pizzas & food. We went around 6ish pm. We went to dine in but the waitress came over letting us know that we could dine in but to let the counter know we will be dinning in since she's done for the day. We went to place our order. She mentioned it would be an hour & half wait. It took 30 to 45 mins til we recieved our food. The workers tried their best being crazy busy. It was pretty chilly tho inside.

Went inside to eat on 12/07/24. One waitress on duty . The cooking staff basically took forever to get the Dine in customers food out quickly. When we got the food it was warm not HOT! THE REST OF THE KITCHEN STAFF BASICALLY SCREWED OFF WITH THE ORDERS. one of the supervisors stated loudly get the phone orders out first. Eat in customers can wait .well I WASTED $35 IN THIS LOCATION NEVER AGAIN WILL I PHONE ORDER OR EAT IN. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY .

Went there today and was so grossed out. The older gentleman was coughing everywhere! He was hacking all over the pizza being made. I just left. If anyone eats here just know your food is being coughed all over (he doesn't cover his mouth or anything) 🤢

DISGUSTING!! I drive for Uber and doordash and come in here often to do pickups. Every single time I come in the older gentlemen (heavyset with gray hair) is hacking ALLL OVER the food and table the food is prepped on!! The young girl yelled at him saying it's not ok for him to be coughing everywhere and he said he doesn't care. Literally all over the food and oven/prep table. Beware!! This man needs to be fired it's absolutely repulsive.

Placed an order online and payed. Got there 15 minutes later and waiting over a half hour. The girl at the register was sweet but very flustered. They skipped my order and forgot about it. When I asked for a refund they said they would credit the app for the next time I ordered. I just waiting for them to fix the food. After almost an hour I left with half cold food and wings that were under cooked.

Absolutely Horrible service, put in for delivery, waited 2 hours, showed up to pick up my food to be told that they weren't sure if it was ready yet. Then they act as as though it was an issue when I said I wanted the delivery fee waived got home in a fit of rage to realize that they didn't even give me the right size Pizza. couldn't recommend less. Get your shit together!!!

Never had a problem till the remodel. Seems like they hired new people for cooks. Got bread sticks and there was go seasoning on it just plain bread. Didn’t get the right sauce for the cinnamon sticks after waiting an hour for food.
