Pocono Tavern is a must-visit spot! The Pork Tomahawk and Cuban sandwich are top-notch. The Pork Chop is huge and cooked perfectly, just like in the Flintstones! The atmosphere is lively and the service is excellent, with staff like Stacey going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The menu has been taken up a notch, and the food consistently impresses. The Tomahawk Chop is delicious, and the balsamic reduction is a perfect combination. The desserts are wonderful—try the Brownie with Ice Cream or Apple Cobbler with Ice Cream, or better yet, get both! The draft list offers decent options, and the lively atmosphere makes it a great place to enjoy a meal. While some dishes like chicken parmigiana may disappoint, others like the stuffed flounder are very good. The restaurant does not offer soups or side salads, but the overall experience and delicious desserts make it worth a visit.
