Excellent food and service!
Just WOW! The atmosphere is good. The food is just amazing. The Tomahawk Chop is delicious. The balsamic reduction a perfect combination. And the deserts: wonderful.! (Try the Brownie with Ice Cream or Apple Cobbler with Ice Cream. Oh heck, get both!) We went last Saturday, (it was highly recommended by a friend) And I want to go back this coming Friday.

Food and service were amazing.
Great chesse steak also tried there spicy chicken sandwich. food rocks cute place 5 star will be back loved it.
Came from NJ to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary! Stopped in to grab some lunch and we were pleasantly surprised but the service and the food! Stacey really took care of us! She went the extra mile to see where we were from and ask if we had plans! She even gave us some recommendations to check out in Jim Thorpe! I’m certain we will get back to this area again and Pocono Tavern will be our first stop! Thanks so much Stacey!
Some of the food is very good. The chicken parmigiana was very disappointing. Some Chicken fingers or tenders (not a breaded chicken patty) with some cheese and so much macaroni, instead of spaghetti or penne, than chicken. Sauce was not that good in my opinion! I do enjoy the stuffed flounder very much though! No soups and you cannot order a side salad.
very good food. enjoyed it.
Ordered the “Maryland style” crab cake and got 2 silver dollar size orange substance paste that were deep fried burnt. The stuffed flounder was dried out as if it sat under a heat lamp for quite some time. The mashed potatoes were good. Heard good things from other people so I expected better.
Fantastic food and great bartenders
Wow! We will 100% be back. The food was absolutely delicious. The Pork Tomahawk, smashed potatoes, the Cuban (with Smoked Gouda?!), the fries… all top notch. Looking forward to my next meal here. (Plus they had a decent draft list!)

Been there two times under new owner. Both times I ordered the pork chop. It was right out of the Flintstones, it was huge and cooked just right. Service was excellent and it looked like everyone was enjoying their meal. As we were leaving I saw a desert being delivered that looked big enough for two. So tonight we are going back. I plan to abuse my blood sugar big time..

Been there before when it was Pappys and it was really good. Current owners took it up a notch! Better menu and it was packed and they kept everything moving and made tremendous efforts to make everyone happy. We were! We'll be back!
