Ive given this one quite a few chances since it’s newer. But at this point Ive wasted too much money. I have not ever received a drink made properly. They do not seem to read the labels...it’s been as simple as add cream and no whipped cream, and I get it the drink back totally backwards. Over and over again. It’s frustrating when the drinks are $6. The managers should be fired on the spot so unhelpful

Poor service. Took 5 minutes to order a green tea lemonade because the barista couldn't understand what I wanted. Entered the order almost correctly. Then gave me something different.

Came here twice in one week. Both times I ordered a chai one hot, one iced. It tasted like plain water and milk. Unfortunately I was on my way both times to work and didn’t have time to turn around and get a new one. After the second time this happened, I’m not going back. Super bummed I was happy to have a Starbucks close by.

The Starbucks in Giant is my absolute favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and are great at remembering our order. They also aren't as pricey as the new Starbucks across from them. The drinks are always delicious too. I recomend an iced Carmel macchiato, or the hot lattes are delicious.

This is for the stand alone Starbucks...NOT the one in the giant...I never had a problem there **There are so many small business coffee shops in the area, I wouldn't even waste my money at this Starbucks, they are not trained baristas and are not up to Starbucks standards at all**
Privilege problem review incoming. First and foremost I want to say the ambiance of this Starbucks is so sleek and feels so cozy. I could definitely spend hours there on my laptop, on a coffee date, or just taking some me time. That being said, let's get to the drinks, especially since that's why we go to Starbucks typically. This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I live about 10 minutes away so I have tried to give them a shot multiple times and each time my drink was awful. I order the same drink at every Starbucks and they always taste very similar however, this Starbucks is so inconsistent and truly the drink just tastes completely off. I know that it's the location because 3 out of the 4 customers in the building with me are typically waiting to get their drinks fixed. I've ordered food from here only a few times my typical order is a beyond breakfast sandwich and it's always messy and it's irritating. The customer service has never been a problem the baristas are always willing to "fix" the drinks I just feel like they are not properly trained at all.
Parking: The parking here is absolutely awful and weird

Literally the SLOWEST Starbucks ever!! Don’t come here unless you have time to waste because you will wait at least 30 minutes. I even tried ordering at home for pick up. I live 12-15 minutes away, ordered before I left my house, drove there and it wasn’t ready. Want into giant and did some food shopping and it wasn’t ready until I was checking out (about 10-15 minutes more). Then the line at the drive thru was wrapped around and I would have had to wait longer but decided to just go inside. My fraps were melted by then 😑

This new place is PAINSTAKINGLY SLOW!!!!! I mean it’s awful, I’m often the only person in line and it still takes them 15+ mins to make one drink. Need more employees and way better trained employees.

This is the review for the newly built Starbucks outside of Giant grocery store. The Starbucks inside Giant is GREAT. This newly built & opened Starbucks needs to go back to the drawing board. Employees and service give Starbucks a bad name. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice frappe and it came out orange in a small cup. Thanks no thanks. RETRAIN your employees on how to make drinks. Sheesh. Needed to refund the order because there’s no way you can remake what you obviously didn’t know how to make first time. Smh waste of time and truly a waste.

Just not quite there yet in terms of making coffee like other starbucks. I will give it some time and update the review if it chanes. Coldbrew is not supposed to come out brown, defeats the purpose of the cold foam mixing while sipping.

I waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. 1 white chocolate mocha and 1 caramel macchiato. Both were tasteless and lukewarm. One of the baristas kept saying she was gonna walk out every 2 minutes. They are severely in need of training and customer service.
