I was in for a veggie sub with vinegar and oil. When he went to use the knife to push the veggies down, I saw that it was loaded with mayo on it. I said stop. He did and then cleaned it off in the disgusting water it sets in. While eating it at home a piece of roast beef was in it. Cross contamination with their food.

Very disappointed with two sandwiches. Barely any meat on them. Only 4 thin slices on the ham on one. Not worth $13 a piece. Will not come back.

Yesterday we ordered here while shopping, no issues at all. But today. Ordered me and my wife’s food on the app right in front of the workers. There was two people who came after they approved our order. Lady was on the meat slicer for so long while the other went back and forth doing some thing else? We waited there about 30 mins but when the line formed and they started taking new orders is where I got upset so I asked about our order. The whole time it was wrapped up sitting on the counter so now I got two cold sandwiches and everyone who came after us got theirs fresh. What’s wrong with people? Accidents happen but seriously how do you not notice two people standing impatiently next to the mobile pick up for 30 minutes? Hellooo. At least talk to me and acknowledge our wait time. She said sorry at the end but sorry doesn’t warm my food up. Guess I should finally go buy a microwave

We had an issue with our subs that were made before, pure lazybones and just slapped together (by kyle, short dark hair male) Literally falling apart!! Couldn't even hold it. And he didn't really seem to care when I called to complain about it. The owner actually reached out and apologized, he sent us coupons for the inconvenience. We decided to give it another try, today was a completely different experience. The staff were super friendly, and very respectful. (Mike I believe his name was (heavy build with long hair and some tattoos) made our meals perfectly. We will be returning, but only if that gentleman Mike is working lol

No shade to the young man that started our order. I think his name was rylee he gave us amazing service! The other young man that was working was TERRIBLE. Very rude to us. Angry tone in his voice and practically throwing our food around. Our order was placed in a SOAKING wet bag on the bottom. He told us to hold the bottom as the food would fall through. Will not be going here again.

I ordered two meatball subs and two foot-long cookies and they made my meatball subs I waited for almost 30 minutes and ask them where my foot-long cookies were mind you I was taking this to go I was not eating there so the boy that waited on me forgot that they turned the oven off early and then told me that they had to give my money back and my food ended up cold the service is horrible there they need a new manager they need new employees and they need to clean the place properly I wasn’t happy my husband was very upset hope they get new people soon

Dre and Riley were great and very personable at this visit so I wanted to leave a review! highly recommend this location in the Lehighton Walmart. I dont go to any other subway location because i’ve had bad experiences elsewhere.
This subway is a disgusting excuse for a business. We placed a large hoagie order at 930 am for a 1pm pickup for our sons graduation party. We showed up at 1pm, and not only did we wait for 45 minutes for the hoagies, but the employees making them complained audibly about us. They made comments that we had a lot of nerve to order that many hoagies on a Saturday. They said they don't care if there's enough, we can go somewhere else. Other customers were disgruntled as we sat there singled out by these disgusting people. I hope this subway goes out of business. These girls are horrible humans, that need to grow up and do what they get paid to do. I hope they're fired for their actions, even though they're too immature too learn a lesson.
