Poor service, long wait time and constant confusion over orders. People on the line making tacos can't even read directions. For god sake the manager was working the line an I wasn't even sure she can read and follow directions.

Went through drive-thru food was given to me without a bag was never asked if I wanted any sauces with my food or if I wanted anything to be soft shell or not when I did get home to eat food was almost not even there portions have gotten so skimpy I will definitely not be back again stick to Wendy's

nice staff and great food, however, if i wanted to wait over 15 minutes for 1 quesadilla and an order of fries, I’d go to a sit down at a mexican restaurant. there is no fast in fast food anymore, lol.

The automated cashier and non visible food prep really adds to the dystopian nightmare.
Empty restaurant, ordered and paid via screen app that did not accept cash. Saw an arm stick out and yell when my order was ready.
We did order some hot sauces but I guess that has become my own responsibility and didn’t find out until we were able to unwrap the poorly configured attempt at food.
Missed out on the big cheez it combo because the menu app was not updated and everything was comically up-priced.
At least they had fresh tortillas…..?

The people that work here do not care at all about how they prepare the food. Even if you are just ordering menu items with no mods, it still gets screwed up. If you don't care, please stop working in food service. Zero stars if I could pick it.
This place is not what it was a few years ago. The tables were dirty and sticky and so was the screen on the kiosk. Soda area was dirty as well. Food was low par so definitely not going back. I'll stick to making my own at home. Once you get rid of a good manager and put someone else that doesn't care about the establishment and just sees a paycheck, the place goes down the toilet. Never again.

pulled up to the drive through and It was going into the street the line was so long . So , i decided we could get our food faster because we placed a mobile order. I decided to pull around front and run in to get my food , took way longer than the drive through would have . Employees in the kitchen yelling at eachother , and not pleasant looking . I told the lady at the register it would have been faster for me to just go through the drive through , she laughed at me.
