Hey! A local business could use a little love so I'm sharing today. Verona's on 4th and Mahoning in Lehighton got a recent rebrand and is worth checking out. As a vegetarian, Josh really appreciates the rice/bean/veggie bowls and the California omelette. I grabbed a bowl for lunch yesterday for $11 that I enjoyed much more than Chipotle fo sho. Check them out!
